These cheap projectors are fine for kids/outdoor use in the dark, but they are no match for any legit HT projector. Im only going to be using it in ideal conditions for films etc. The image quality in reviews looks nice enough to me.

I hate living with them but I figure paying them rent is better than wasting it somewhere else because I have no desire to own a home, if I lived alone I would still be a shut-in and would have the added humiliation of people seeing how pathetically I live, just like happened in college. I barely even talk to them, I just stay in my room most of the time when not at my humiliating job, we don't even have a good relationship and I'm embarrassed to even be around them.
Of course I feel terrible for them. Hopefully I will be committing suicide soon so that I can give them some freedom their last few decades of life. But I figure committing suicide in the house would be really bad so I need to think about where to do it outside.
You have more options than you think anon. Try learning full stack development, tons of free resources online for this and you can turn your life around in less than 9 months if you take it seriously.
Don't worry about your current bullshit job or your poor college experience. I'm assuming you went to an American university without knowing entirely what you wanted to do after. That's a guaranteed recipe for disaster.
And the full stack web dev thing isn't the only option, you could get a TEFL certificate and teach english overseas, become an officer in the military (officers are treated more like human beings and require a degree, which you have), go to pilot school (obviously expensive but it's an option, it's going to be a very in demand job if you keep with it), or even try to write fiction and publish it on amazon.

Yep that's what happened. Top student in high school but miserable with no direction. Let parent choose a degree for me. Didn't like it. Miserable in college so didn't do well. Then no options after college, no motivation, no life, no desire, so I ruined everything.

There is a good chance I will never have a relationship , but Ive achieved some sort of success and thats a lot more than I thought I was going to get

6000lux isn't 6000 lumens...they all pull this crap...more like 300-500 actual lumens. These cheap projectors are fine for kids/outdoor use in the dark, but they are no match for any legit HT projector. You're better off trolling craigslist/fb marketplace for a used legit projector...I did that and got a nice Viewsonic for $350 that blows these things out of he water.

I currently have a 40 inch 1080p technika tv from like 2013. I dont give a flying frick about muh correct colors and muh deep blacks. Im only going to be using it in ideal conditions for films etc. The image quality in reviews looks nice enough to me.

And the full stack web dev thing isn't the only option, you could get a TEFL certificate and teach english overseas, become an officer in the military (officers are treated more like human beings and require a degree, which you have), go to pilot school (obviously expensive but it's an option, it's going to be a very in demand job if you keep with it), or even try to write fiction and publish it on amazon.

Unfortunately I'm an only child so I don't even have a sibling to compare to. But both of my parents are pretty asocial and despite them staying together and having good jobs, my upbringing was pretty dysfunctional with very little affection shown, so perhaps they had a part in me ending up like this.

Yep that's what happened. Top student in high school but miserable with no direction. Let parent choose a degree for me. Didn't like it. Miserable in college so didn't do well. Then no options after college, no motivation, no life, no desire, so I ruined everything.
My cousin was much the same as you and he killed himself. His parents have not been the same since he died. His mom and dad breaking down in tears at family functions them losing all their friends by either pushing them away or straight up ignoring them. Yeah similar situation with a dead end job I only work part time, I've saved up over 100k but that's literally all I have going for me and it could've easily been triple or more than that if I'd actually worked more. I went back to school a few years ago and it was miserable, I burnt out at the hardest part of the program one day and just couldn't handle it anymore, stopped going to class or doing assignments and basically just flunked out which would be ok as some 18-20 year old but not at the age I was, then I lied about graduating and pretended I was going to interviews for a bit until covid came along and disrupted everything. The ironic thing is if I wanted to I could've finished the program or done something else since then but I just don't care, I never see a path to anything and now my hopes of normalgay shit like owning my own home and starting a family are dashed too, but I'll never kill myself because I'm still not miserable enough for it and don't want a shitty end cap to my already depressing life.

Well I graduated college at 29 because for the majority of my teenage years / twenties I was in a mental institution. I went to school for urban planning but I make a decent living off of doing GIS work for utilities I map out their electrical facilities. ( thats just one thing you can do with gis) Not going to lie , because of my mental issues I had to go to a lot of therapy/take a lot of pills and even now my doctor checks up on me every week. There is a good chance I will never have a relationship , but Ive achieved some sort of success and thats a lot more than I thought I was going to get
