the xenomorphs being a bi product of an engineer makes a lot more sense than being a bi product of a human or a dog
birthing from an engineer gives a xenomorph a crazy power enbalance towards the humans, which is what they SHOULDVE stuck with
xenomorhs birthing from humans, or s dogs, makes them seem weak and fragile
that is something that has yet to be introduced in the movies

it was introduced in Alien Isolation, which was ridiculously better than any of that prometheus trash and certainly better than romulus will be

now, i know a lot of people are against the idea of NOT answering questions the film proposes
but i feel that is the beauty and strong point of prometheus
ie everyone loved to wonder boba fetts back story, but NEVER wanted to see it
same concept is applied here, it makes you wonder about the possibilities of who exactly are the engineers and why they did the things they do the film
why cant they just make something good? we just want to see aliens killing people. we dont want some story about a woman with daddy issues crashing ships on alien planets where no laws against women driving.
