So given how influential it is if a man sees a bit of himself in the Doctor they will usually want to be more like the Doctor because that is genuinely an effective way to make allies and earn respect in modern society.
So a black man seeing the current Doctor will try to emulate him in a way that he did not when it was a white man. This actually helps improve society as the Doctor is shown helping people rather than going out and commuting random acts of violence or stealing things.
The black man will also try to be gay as the Doctor is gay. So if you are worried about women getting tempted away from white men by BBC you should do your best to promote Doctor who as it will make most desirable black men gay, giving you a better chance of getting laid.
