Unironically Nickelodeon could use more adult cartoons and actually make something out of Nick @ Nite but sadly i think it's too late for that.

Well Middlemost Post still hasn't been cancelled and they still air it, although the show is in limbo and a season three is nowhere to be found.

Too late now but I’d do a total reset, cancel everything but the sponge and nickjr shit (money is important) and look back to the classic creator driven technique that originally put Nickelodeon on the map, and actually nurture and give the new shows, giving them a chance to shine outside of SpongeBobs shadow.
Also try to find better writers for spongebob

    Impossible mode.
    >Uh… Oh Yeah Cartoons 2
    >New seasons of My Life as a Teenage Robot and Jimmy Neutron (creator interest + fanbase)
    >Get the current Spongebob Team to pitch a new show (or give them a Ren and Stimpy reboot?)

      >Wiping out all live action series, maybe iCarly can stay
      >For god's sake stop disrespecting Hillenburg memory milking SpongeBob franchise

Based. All the money and manpower being used to shit out SpongeBob spin off should be used to make original cartoons.

There's no fixing it with morons like Paramount running it

I really cannot understate just how incompetent Paramount is.

      Checked.
I guess Paramount as a whole needs new leadership.

Spongebob Squarepants, re-aire Rugrats, Animate ATLA: Comics Adaptation, FIX ATLoK Canon (You know what you did) add in some other cartoons and have an occasional merch raffle. Easy.

What baffles me is that Avatar was clearly a big hit for them as they go out of their way to milk it… but they never once attempted to make another show on the vein of avatar. I.E. another serious action show or another plot driven show.
Nick positioned themselves to be that studio and they proceeded to do nothing with they reputation,

But really they just need more shows. They don’t air enough variety. Having something akin to Snick or the old Friday Night Nicktoon to turn days into events where new shows air was clearly a major draw for the channel. I still don’t know why they bothered to stop making content for a weekly programming block.
They should have also merged The Splat with Nick @ Nite as both rely on reruns of insanely out dated shows anyway.

I’d also try to revive Nick Gas with a series of unique game shows. Netflix has more or less stolen the gameshow market with stuff like The Floor is Lava. Nick should be doing more shows like Guts, Legends of the Hidden Temple, and Double Dare. Kids will still be interested as netflix has proven, and it’ll give parents a nostalgia reason to watch.

Nick's president from 2006 to 2018 is a crazy b***h and she hates action shows because she actually believes that they turn kids into terrorists.
