I can see Superman not killing the Joker because it would ruin in his good boy image.

I can see Superman not killing the Joker because it would ruin in his good boy image.
I can see Batman not killing the Joker because he's so crazy, if he kills once, he'll never stop.
But why not have Wonder Woman kill the Joker? Depending on the iteration, she's way more okay with killing Bad Guys.

Why is Joker sent to Arkham again? The guy's clearly lucid that what he's doing is criminal.

      >Why is penguin sent to Arkham? He's clearly just a regular criminal
      >Why is bane sent to Arkham? He's clearly just a regular criminal
      >Why is black mask sent to Arkham? He's clearly just a regular criminal
It's just a general prisonish area to set the start and end of stories in, it actually being asylum is pointless. It's reputation (simulation) as "the super jail" has superceded all other relations

Black Mask and Penguin don't go to Arkham, they go to Blackgate. Actually that's assuming either go to prison. Most of the time they can't be tied back to their crimes

Batman and Joker both got sent to Blackgate recently in the comics, not Arkham. In adaptations sure but the comics still treat one as a jail and one as an asylum.

Oh boy remember when she killed Max Lord? Remember when she was a huge b***h in Injustice? Good times. Diana will never be Diana again, and will always be a merciless b***h onwards.

      Thanks DC!

Wondy being merciless when necessary is the best part about her character. She'll make the hard decisions when Supes and Bats are too weak-kneed to.

          >merciless
Outside of AU stuff like Injustice and Kingdom Come she's never been merciless. Stories where she simply cannot solve the situation without killing =/= stories where she's without mercy. You can have the sword option on the table while still trying your damndest not to resort to it.
WW will give you every possible chance to surrender, and will go waaaay out of her way to try and give the villain an Out.

She's not even merciless in KC, the only person she kills is in the process of trying to kill someone else at that exact moment. The story gives her a bunch of flak but if you actually pay attention to her actions and statements she's the only person in the book operating on a sound sense of logic and not getting hung up on her emotions. Which is doubly impressive considering that's entirely by accident and Waid was trying to make her some irrational b***h.

Wonder Woman was right to kill Max Lord.

In Injustice, everyone's a dick not just her.

Why doesn’t Superman just fly the Joker to an otherwise inaccessible plateau in an unknown location, build a house on it with his Great Wall of China vision, and leave him there? Food and water will be provided.

Why doesn't the flash do the slow them down so much they spend life as a statute trick? Joker isn't killed, can't escape, can't trigger any bullshit plans that would happen on his death, can't take over hell or some bullshit like that and is just fricked. Batman could ever keep his statue bff in the Batcave.

Because that would be based and cool and make Bats look stupid so it's not allowed at all

As long as they stay in Gotham they're Bruce's problem.

Superman would kill the Joker if pushed far enough and not go crazy, despite what Injustice wants fans to believe.

She was created to be a superhero who's loving, merciful, and reluctant to harm others. That she's become seen as the one who kills is really something else.

Best way to write her is as someone who is loving and kind but doesn't have a no-kill hang up. Life and death are deeply apart of greek mythos and the themyscira aren't exactly vegans. Diana is balanced enough to kill when it's called for and doesn't have the same image to preserve as Clark or Bruce

I wish I had saved the two pages I saw posted years back of a comic where Wonder Woman showed mercy to Circe when she was being provoked to kill her. It always stuck in my mind as how I view her personality more than all the killing stuff that came later.

She's not "way more okay with killing Bad Guys," Perez and Rucka were just willing to put her in situations where she was forced to go "well frick, I see absolutely no way to save everyone except to kill this dude." The equivalent of Byrne Superman going "dammit, I don't want to kill the Krypton criminals, but I have no other choice." The only difference being that with Byrne it was a one-off and DC swore to never again allow a story where Superman finds himself unable to get a clean victory. WW's had a few "aw frick, I've tried everything else, frick frick frick, welp off with that head" stories.

But she doesn't kill people she can otherwise defeat, and unless his plot armor is through the roof she can defeat Joker.
The fact that prison can't fricking hold him is a whooooooole other issue.
