Last film I watched in theatre was in 2019
the vax claims another
Joker?
No, Godzilla King of the Monsters.
It was kino btw.
yep same. Haven't been to the movies since 2018 and last movie I saw was fantastic beasts and where to find them
It happens. You start reading books instead to pass the time. Try Mein Kampf.
>Mein Kampf
That's literally the Nazi Bible
you talk like a gay.
Wait it was? I thought something was up about the main character being called Hitler
I don't care about anything anymore.
Then leave.
Then die.
shills seething already, gotta love it
Talk to people. Go to pub quizzes. Go on hikes. Start playing guitar. Frick a mulatto prostitute. Try something new
Have a Blackni. Have two. gay.
frick a newborn to death
Cinemaphile is like a college and each board a course. Once you've learned all you can you take a new course.
I'm a 38 year old junior.
Watch better films. I used to think the same until I started exploring stuff outside the mainstream, Kubrick, Kuorsawa...etc
How can you have floating clouds and not floating weeds?
Wha'ts the best film here?
Lily Chou Chou
Woman in the Dunes
Might I recommend Ritual
Made by Evangelion Anno, but it's pure kino. Never see it discussed anywhere which is odd considering Anno is famous, but if you like Japanese cinema I think you'll enjoy it
I watched Love and Pop, it was okay. Ritual better? if you've seen the two
Haven't seen love and pop but ritual is one of my all time favorites
>outside the mainstream
>Kubrick,
>Kurosawa
if your movies are not slightly mainstream then your movies just suck and arent worth watching
they are the first step outside of the mainstream.
The last film I bought a cinema ticket for was Inception. I was so disappointed in it I haven't bought a cinema ticket since. I've been to the cinema a few times since when others have bought me a ticket though but haven't felt like I've missed much.
Nobody does
Good. Maya is temporary. Life is but one breath of the Brahman.
Hollywood slop led me to the dark path of Anime.
Anime hasn't been good for 20 years now.
Just like everything made for the "modern audience." Now everyone just watches old shit.
Just say that you haven't watched anime from the last 20 years instead of making up lies.
Nah, he's right bar a few exceptions just like Hollywood.
You’re on the right board then
Watch Sorceror. Beautiful film.
The first half hour doesn't make sense until later on.
You won't regret it.
>Watch Sorceror. Beautiful film.
I watched this and sound like this
Same here, I used to at least find enjoyment in older stuff I like, but I'm just tuning out from it altogether
Still consuming lots of audiobooks though, and music of course
