I really don't think it's that crazy of a want, certainly not a want that should warrant such a discussion as ours. At this point it just feels like most places simply do it because everyone else does it.

It would likely be Russia or China, but if it were any modern power they would not lay down and die in moments regardless of the military superiority America has now.
