I haven't watched Breaking Bad or Better Call Saul. I see that BCS takes place before Breaking Bad, so should I watch BCS first?

YOU ARE NOT THE GUY
OH YEAH?
IT’S NOT GONNA GO DOWN THE WAY YOU THINK IT IS
Don't even bother. Turns out it was all a dream the moronic kid was having.
What a fricking worthless character
No it would feel weird
>. I see that BCS takes place before Breaking Bad, so should I watch BCS first?
You wanna start with Slippin Jimmy.
does it take place before Better Call Saul?
Yea. It'll be hard to follow both shows if you have seen the Jimmy arc.
haven't*
Slippin' Jimmy is some moronic bullshit cartoon spinoff that means absolutely nothing to the BrBa universe, and honestly nobody is even sure why it exists in the first place. And no, you should watch Breaking Bad first. BCS is a prequel, yes, but there's an overarching plot and thematic presence to it that is post-Breaking Bad from beginning of the series to the end, including a lot of references and cameos that will mean nothing to you if you haven't seen Breaking Bad. Overall, because Breaking Bad came first, you should start with that.
But if you skip all black and white scenes and watch BCS through then you see the cameo characters again and sometimes in bigger or smaller roles in BB. Also why didn't Bill Burr show up at any point in BCS?
Nobody should do that because it ruins the flow of the series in that it won't have the same intended impact. Bill Burr never got to do it because of scheduling conflicts, The King of Staten Island being one of the main ones. If I remember correctly I think Vince had said Kuby was originally meant to be the guy Jimmy hires to lift the figurine from that place he had an interview at. Something like that.
bcs references brba often especially at the beginnings of each season which take place after brba so it would be confusing

No, it wouldn't have same effect. They call back (forward i guess) to shit that you will remember from breaking bad
There is a rough Machete Order to watching this. It's not seamless but pretty close.
Start with BB and watch through S2E8 which endds with Saul following Walt to his classroom.
Then switch to BCS and watch from S1E1 through S6E9 which ends with the time skip to BB. Switch back to S2E9 and finish BB S6E16 Felina.
Then watch El Camino.
Then switch back to BCS S6E10 and take it to the end. Its a pretty good watch order.
That's gay as hell.
Watch breaking bad first, then go straight into El Camino. Then watch bcs. It's not complicated. Starting with bcs is a mistake. And doing this stupid slicing is pointless.
homie thats like 300 hours of television
Kys
>I see that BCS takes place before Breaking Bad, so should I watch BCS first?
Will I ever get a gf?
op here, so should i just watch breaking bad first?
yes
BCS doesn't just have references to BrBa, it flat out spoils the climax of the show if you haven't seen it yet. Watch BrBa before you watch BCS.
thanks
