Ironically Kahn was the character given more depth in the entire show
He struggles with people having too many expectations from him
    He struggles with his identity
He struggles with being rejected by other Laotians
He struggles with passing down generation trauma to his daughter
He struggles with his father in law because they come from a society were you are either born into power or you are dogshit
He struggles with pushing himself too hard
He struggles with not fitting in America
He struggles with mental illness and legit mental illness at it probably one of the first characters with bipolar disorder and the first in cartoons
Kahn is probably the best representation of an Asian Character in tv and it all comes from one dumb joke

Don't forget that Kahn is an anagram for Hank. I wish Mike Judge had done a spin off movie / mini series focusing on Kahn and his family, rather than doing fricking shit like The Goode Family.

      Froggy

Just accept it, voice actors should only be allowed to play characters that match their race. They are even doing it now to the level of "I'm 1/4 this" and "3/4 that" nowadays. Unless you get a DNA test and do an investigation on your family history at least 4 generations back you are a racist trying to steal jobs from minorities.
This shit is so moronic, anyone of any race should be allowed to voice anyone.

The character has no depth as he was voiced by a white man.

Literally no Laotian person cares that a European voiced some dude in a cartoon.

Referring to a foreign country as you know it in your native tongue is proper. Not that I expect a baizuo to know that...

But that by definition makes you a baizao
I bet you don't even know why Khan speaks french
Hint: It's related to the name of the country you're getting wrong, baizao

                >But that by definition makes you a baizao
*Baizuo, and no, it doesn't. That's just what everyone does. An English speaker will refer to Germany as Deutschland or Japan as Nihon, only if he is in Germany speaking German (Deutsch), or in Japan speaking Japanese (Nihongo). Those krauts and nips do the same thing, however similar a country's name is in their language to the language of that country.
There's nothing cringe, or wrong, or baizuo about it. That's just how language is.

I kinda forgot that Kahn was voiced by a white guy, mostly because outside of a few things his accent and way of speaking reminds me of my Cambodian wife. Her fluency is better than his but if I was to talk to any of her family that are here in the US you'd be practically talking to Kahn

I always imagined Khan is fluent in English since he's a high-position in system analysis. He chose not to speak like an American Hillibilly or a silicon valley Californian.

but he litterly nailed the voice and accent. Lived in a major asian neighborhood and they sounded like the most racist charitchers of Asians you ever herd and none of them ever gave a shit. Only ones that didnt where there kids. Everyone who ever b***hed about 'VoIcE aCtOr NoT mAtChInG tHeRe ChArItEr can go frick themselves and stop being homosexuals forever.

I remember when white morons complained about South Park doing racist impressions of Japanese accents, and then it turned out the voice actors were actually Japanese speaking English with their natural accent.
