why is this such a comfy movie?
I know Cinemaphile hated it back in 2012 but I loved all the reference and thought the timetravel-plot was fascinating. Imagine if they had casted someone else as Sarah, like Brie Larson, Tatiana Maslany, Alexandra Daddario, Gal Gadot, Meryl Streep or Eva Green.

lol i don't remember making this thread. im usually the only one shilling this movie. Best T movie after the original 2. Not anything extraordinary but decent and fun. It's sad they abandoned it, I do watch it every now and then.
I actually liked it a lot. I watched it way later, like 2017 or 2018, and had avoided all the criticism of it. I went into it with no expectations and ended up enjoying it. Goes to show how much people can be influenced by what the hivemind is saying.
It's not on the level of T2, but it's enjoyable and a decent Terminator movie. Way better than T3.

All post T2 Terminator movies are just fanfic. If you can enjoy it on that level, Genisys was the best later Terminator movie. It's like something written by a clever 13 year old.

Salvation has a gritty dark future feel to it with awesome action, amazing cast and the trailer theme. This is what the apocalypse of the terminator franchise is supposed to look like. Genesis is very moronic and unwatchable
