It's ok. Honestly nothing to write home about.
The early episodes were rather realistic but it just gets more ridiculous and LOL SO RANDOM XD as it goes along
It's funny. A lot of great jokes, but oddly enough I couldn't really tell you about plotlines or what happens in a specific episode. One of the better 00s sitcoms for sure though.
It is great comedy but the show is forgotten because it doesn’t have a standout romantic element or hotties like Friends, Big Bang, HIMYM or Seinfeld (yes). So it random funny stories without an arc
>Jack: The American public doesn't want your elitist, east coast, alternative, intellectual, left wing- >Liz: Jack, just say israeli, this is taking forever.
It’s hilarious, the scene with Alec Baldwin and Tracy Morgan in therapy together alone should have ensured Baldwin would never face prosecution for killing however many people on set as he wants
high density joke writing and fast editing
every line is a reference to another line or line from another show or thing in past pop culture, makes fun of disabilities and minorities
I like it
It's pretty funny, it has a lot of great jokes in it. The characters get flanderized hard towards the end, like Jack Donaghy going from a genuinely hypercompetent highly successful businessman to just a completely incapable stereotype of a business guy that panics over silly shit and runs to Tina Fey for every little emotional crisis. But it's worth watching.
I agree about jack, but I liked when they brought in chloe moretz for that episode after the cabletown era started, she was a surprisingly good villain
I had a trove of dead greentexts from /b/ and Cinemaphile of days gone and unfortunately I got a virus that ate all the shit on that drive, it's a shame because every nude I was ever sent was also on there
I guess it's for the best
30 Rock is the only show where I like the flanderized characters. Yes, I like the grounded characters in seasons 1 and 2. But I also like Jenna with Will Forte.
The jokes are great but the romantic plotlines of Liz and Jack just aren't that memorable so the overarching narrative of the show has been memoryholed.
it's reddit. would bang Tina Fey though
watch fresh-ass based on the novel tush by assfire instead.
For me, it's b***h Hunter
>Put the mimosas down...bitch!
Certified kino. Tina is /our girl/.
she seems to be embarrassed to be seen with him
one of the funniest shows ever

Imagine just outing yourself as a midwit

It was always nicher than all those shows.
its good. but its so good that it doesnt need a lot of discussion.
>Is this funny or what
yes. you'd probably hate it
>Jack: The American public doesn't want your elitist, east coast, alternative, intellectual, left wing-
>Liz: Jack, just say israeli, this is taking forever.
Jack was great, and that bellboy
BLACK DENNIS GOT SOME COP'S GUN!
There are some good one liners sprinkled in but overall I didn’t find it very funny
It’s hilarious, the scene with Alec Baldwin and Tracy Morgan in therapy together alone should have ensured Baldwin would never face prosecution for killing however many people on set as he wants
>I don't need this, just the other day, a stripper offered to give me a squeezer - a WHITE stripper!
>I could get any girl I want and not just the fatties and the butterfaces.
Honky Grandma Be Trippin'
There is no funnier sitcom. Anyone who disagrees is ESL or just plain stupid.
>watchu wan fo lunch?
>Don Cheadle on a bed of rice!
>AHHHAAHAAAAHA
this show is the kitsch of comedy upheld by yentas
Easily a top 5 American sitcom. Probably the best ever on NBC.
WEREWOLF BAR MITZVAH
SPOOKY SCARY
This was brilliant parody of BRAVO style reality shows:
%3D
It was too prescient
wrong word but I get what you mean. It's has a lot of references that are of that time.
No it was too prescient. Every joke is just a real show now.
I thought this was going to be similar to most sitcoms and be a piece of shit but it's genuinely one of the funniest shows ever made.
It even beats out Arrested Development for most jokes packed in per scene.

The fricking fanfic of her getting raped was insanely good.
Someone used to post it on Cinemaphile all the time but it's MIA now

For me it’s the Rural Juror bit
i was excited for the sequel urban fervor
funny but there's no real overarching plot to make you instinctively remember it
The jokes are great but the romantic plotlines of Liz and Jack just aren't that memorable so the overarching narrative of the show has been memoryholed.
How the frick did they get away with this?
That's a fricking amazing joke. How did I miss that?
I laugh every time, also
>I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF A RAGING PERIOD.. of economic turmoil
There was another lemon party joke.
