A guy hires a landscaper to mow his lawn. When he looks outside, the landscaper is naked on all fours eating the grass. Then the landscaper comes inside and kills the guy as a sacrifice to his satyr god. End of story. The Lawnmower Man (movie) had absolutely nothing to do with the short story except in name. King was furious, and I think he even tried to block the production.
