I thought that were making these shows off of recycled HB cartoons? Not tracing, no redrawing, but using the original cells or whatever the frick they're called to make their shows. obviously alongside the new shit they made, but for the characters.
They reused the old animation and added new animation. He was trying to say that the new animation also followed the same principles to emulate the recycle-y feel of the old animation.
