seed oils are literal poison that weren't considered suitable for human consumption until mcdonalds wanted to use them in their deep fryers, because they were slightly cheaper than animal fats or vegetable oils.

So when Ronald Reagan introduced gun control laws in California as a republican, it was because he was really a Democrat who hated blacks having guns, do I have that right?

                Anonymous

No, it was a republican president who was afraid of black people fighting for their rights (specifically the Black Panthers organization) because him and his administration were racist (fun fact there are literally available recordings of Reagan referring to black people as "Black folk" that have leaked) and most people who defend Reagan to this day don't know about his racially-charged anti-gun shit.
Nobody is saying "republicans are really democrats" or vice versa, you really need a basic history lesson about what went on with America's political parties during the Civil Rights era (in America).

    >How did so many people get duped by this fake documentary?
We didn't. Back then, cooking at home was still the primary way of eating dinner, and everyone knew that eating at McDonalds was an attention grabbing farce. His movie was pandering to the GWBush obsessed Michael Moore audience.

          https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fat_Head

          >During the film, Naughton goes on an all-fast-food diet, mainly eating food from McDonald's. For his daily dietary intake, he aims to keep his calories to around 2,000 and his carbohydrates to around 100 grams per day, but he does not restrict fat at all. He ends up eating about 100 grams of fat per day, of which about 50 grams are saturated. He also decides to walk six nights a week, instead of his usual three. After a month eating that way, he loses 12 pounds[3] and his total cholesterol goes down. However, his HDL does not go down; this is often thought to be undesirable, as high HDL levels are desirable.

I got diabetes a few years ago from eating too much McDonald's and candy. At my peak, I was probably eating a dozen McDonald's meals a week. The doctor told me I had to follow a strict lifestyle, but I couldn't be bothered and thought I'd rather lose a foot than give up my ways. Anyway, I've been eating 6000 calories, mostly of junk food a day for the past 4 years since my diagnosis and it was a big nothingburger, there's nothing wrong with me. Was the medical system always a scam?

The biggest problem I have with it is that it gives fast food a horrible rep that sit down restaurants and fast casual places seem to have somehow avoided.

Go ahead, order a Big Mac meal every day and compare it to the guy who orders a broccoli chicken fettuccini at an Italian restaurant every day.

I fricking guarantee Big Mac guy is less fat and less at risk of a heart attack.

McDonalds must be absolute poison in the USA or something with the way American anons talk about it. Elsewhere in the world it's just fast food with cheap ingredients and too much salt/sugar. Easy to eat in excess and too expensive, but not some pagpag-tier shit.
