>"LEEEEEEROY!!!!!!! Jenkins"
I can't believe they actually included that. The mix between cringe, kino and surprise instant nostalgia was highly confusing. Amazon definitely did their focus groups to target le gamer generation with this one, and I'm here for it. Them also constantly shouting >"FRAG OUT!" >"FLASH OUT!"
sent me right back to comfy CoD Modern Warfare days from teenage days. Heck, the whole story line is like a old school call of duty solo-campaign.
Theres a story from a Navy Seal about the first time he deployed with a groups of other seals who'd never been in real combat. He said after they got shot at the one literally dropped his gun in shock and ran behind cover and the other ones didnt shot back. Iirc he said the one who ran later got sent back to whatever navy unit he was with before the Seals.
SEALs are a meme. They earned their reputation in Vietnam, now non of those badasses are left. You don't even have to rise up from infantry to get into the SEALs you just have to take a really tough physical fitness test. No doubt some of them are good but the SF community considers them incompetent overrated prima donnas for a reason
I expected this guy to be a bossfight. Kind of underwhelming death imo. Didnt even torture him.
I was sad about their showdown too. They set him up to also be abit of an operator himself when he does his commando training. Would have liked to see the teams go head to head. CEO chad with leading his team, against Pratt's team. >Team Deathmatch
Do real operators also say "4 sicarios in the killbox" and set off car-bombs in the financial district? morons praising this as some genuine realistic operator-kino instead of fun action-porn is insufferable.

It's surprisingly comfy, especially because Pratt is so close to his Navy Seal brothers and fellow operators. Nice to see male friendship and comradery not twisted into homosexual shit or irony.

bro the forest chase is one of the best parts. I love the part where he is talking to them on the radio.
"and what would your father say if he saw what you did in san francisco"

half of the movies you mentioned are on that list
did you read it or did you just seethe because you’re a neurotic boomer?
also lots of the movies you mentioned aren’t that good
Used this list as reference last time I saw the pic, watched Wind River, thought it'd be good because I like the main actor and actress. It wasn't that great, dodgy acting and no operatoresque stuff really, pretty bad film, still watchable though.
Downloaded a few others and saw a few of the others on the list in the past. I liked the second Sicario well more than the first one.
Started Strike back, I already had it on my drive but couldn't get into it. I'm assuming it gets much better because people recommend it alot.
ZeroZeroZero was the best I've seen, Terminal List was a good ride, 000 had much more in terms of acting, setting and ominous danger, not the best way to describe it but one of the best shows I['ve seen, well as much as one season can be. Narcos season 2 was well better than the first too, the gay voice over in the first season was highly annoying.
>Skip the Andrew Lincoln / Richard Armitage season
So it's totally unnecessary for story development too? Spotted it actually says on the pic season 2 to 5. Okie I'll dl the second season and see what's going on. Ta bro
YOUR LIST IS SHIT. SHIT
Who in their right mind would even consider Olympus has fallen or american assassin on such a list? You dare to include Sicario 2 next to Sicario 1? You choose a Micheal Mann movie and it's fricking blackhat? A fricking Robert Redford movie?
no its just bad. went from villeneuve directing to some TV director whose only done garbage, and was handed off to Sony, who turned it into a video game movie
No, I'm not. Suburra is very well made, both the movie and the series. He's also behind ZeroZeroZero, did that rather mediocre Without Remorse Clancy flick and iirc is/was set to direct a Call of Duty movie.

i was okay with this show until they started crying about that shit and made it all about muh poor soldier boys.
homosexual show for sissy men.
Is this shit like 24 for Zoomers? In that, it's probably good but I will never care because Parks and Rec guy will never touch Jack Bauer imo no matter what you marvelgays try to tell me.
Pretty much. It was jarring as frick since it skipped from being more or less "based on reality operator shit" to Reece - who was shot and off his meds - clowning on a whole drone and satellite supported HRT team while magically surviving the rock scene and just kinda teleporting away in the end which move also magically healed his injuries so he could skydive back in.
Ep7 was kino, but ep8 was mostly a hot mess.
i enjoyed it, pretty fun 7/10 show. i just didn't think the operator stuff was that impressive? after the whole shootout in broad daylight in the middle of the city i just started watching it as basic action stuff
Loved it . Reminds me of the time i was down range in the sandbox with my brothers
in the 147th Quartermaster water purification detachment, US Army Reserve.
Hallucinations should have been either shorter or actually serve a purpose in the story like his daughter guiding him through missions
Show kinda loses purpose around half lacking a bad guy and kinda pulling new targets out of the ass
Big reveals in the last episode, the worst, suck and ruin most of the show
Pretty watchable otherwise, I enjoyed it and Pratt was pretty good in it
Yeah, true that.
Tell me if this is reddit or not:
Have Reece for the first half being the bad guy, secondary after the first episode, make the viewer believe he went insane, killed his own family and is killing team members and superiors. Rarely showing the killings, just the aftermath. Following the journalist and the FBI guy investigating and slowly revealing the truth around the time he offs Horn.
At 5th-6th episode is when we know Reece isn't entirely crazy and we have a recap of what happened from his point of view with full display of the killings and continuing for the latests kills. Opinions?
That's a pretty classic trope too though. Framed Super-soldier with lost memory trying to figure out who he truly is. I kinda liked that they didn't dwell on it. But after it was confirmed that it wasn't his own paranoia, some of the schizo / flashback scenes felt abit redundant, and acted more as filler than anything else.
>White male main char >Christ "I'm Christian and therefore I hate minorities and LGTB community because CNN says so" Pratt as lead >There's a conspiracy that undermines the government authorities and oligarchs >A good man with a gun
Everything lefties hate nowadays
The second novel has him hiding in Africa and protecting wildlife against poachers until series of terrorist attacks force him to go rampaging all over the world again
My fav part is when the commander was crying begging to be spare and saying "for the love of god I have family" to the dude he killed his family, dude should have read the room
ending would have gained points if his brother came clean about his betrayal on his own. he explains he left himself off the list to help reece until he was finished.
Man I was really happy with this one. I also liked Reacher too. I'm surprised Amazon of all things is putting out some quality action kino that doesn't make men look like big homosexuals.
Anything else I missed in the last few years like this? Series or movie.

I don't get it thou, he trained (daily? for years) with real Special forces dudes etc, shouldn't all that training have kicked in at that moment?
training in different from the real thing
only in a real scenario can you know if you're a Fight or Flight
he wasn't in control this time, and had clearly never been shot at with anything other than paintballs
He got bombed bro
Training isn't the same thing as being downrange in the sandbox brother
he larped daily
The book had it that the vast majority of his targets where hack posers who've never seen actual combat.
Lol didn't you hear the operator call him "fanboy"? This is like thinking Jeff Bezos is actually a commando.
He was just blown up and was probably in shock.
Theres a story from a Navy Seal about the first time he deployed with a groups of other seals who'd never been in real combat. I'm sold, cheers bros
It's surprisingly comfy, especially because Pratt is so close to his Navy Seal brothers and fellow operators. Nice to see male friendship and comradery not twisted into homosexual shit or irony.
It's a great show that very obviously peaks in the middle but the ending is still fun with some big twists. My #1 show this year so far.
>with some big twists
there was nothing twisty about this show at all, especially the final twist that's obvious from minute 0
Come on, nobody could have guessed who was the one in charge of oBENron dynamics
It’s not awful, classic military guy has one last mission thing
you know how women got super excited about 50 shades of gray bc they could self insert and fantasize about being beautiful, chased by rich and attractive men, travelling the world, etc

theres nothing really wrong with wish fulfillment media but too much of it can be a bad thing

I'm so moronic I thought the CIA guy was his actual brother until the last episode
So what's going on with season 2?
Is Chris Pratt going to get cancer again?
it's a limited series, and that's unironically a good thing
I googled it after binging today and the computer told me its in the works.
Honestly hope its wrong because I dont want it to end up like taken where Liam Nielsen's kid kept getting kidnapped over and over and over.
>I googled it
ah frick i just did too. can't let a good thing be, can they. gotta run it into the ground
It’s based on a series of books that I assume all have Reece as the main character.
just because the author didn't know less is more doesn't mean the show should follow suit. s1 already should've been trimmed to 6 episodes
I would have cut the cartel and the forrest chase. Those were a slog to get through.

bro the forest chase is one of the best parts. I love the part where he is talking to them on the radio.
"and what would your father say if he saw what you did in san francisco"
"he'd say, it would be a mistake to push a man to violence, if violence is what he has devoted his life to perfecting.

"It's not forever, just til I'm done"
"and when is that"
"when the people who killed my family are in the fricking ground"
based as frick
The forest episode was the best one, though.
Will he sail to another country and kill their leaders or something? Like he washes up on an unnamed SEA country and goes full rambo on them
Would be cool if he just goes to Brazil and fights the cartel because he finds out that a guy is linked to the cancer and he partners up with a hot small breasted brazzilianess with the biggest ass imaginable.
Why small breasted?
Its part of the conspiracy. Anyway they would sneak around but get found out because her ass keeps clapping so Chris Pratt silences it by shoving his face in between. Except Chris is going to be busy shooting guardians 3 so I'll be the double so they can green screen him in later.
You're hired
>Chris Pratt gets a dizzy episode after he's forced to sniff the ass
It'll be kino
He will team up with duterte and they fight drug cartels
Where did they get all the gear?
Also whats the deal with the rich mexican friend?
Just google it
It's all based on a book series and there are like 5 of them already
Does the book series star the same guy over and over?
Maybe it'll be like archer where his cancer keeps getting worse.
I think so
in 2 he gets pardoned and sent to kill an arab i think
>pardoned after killing a navy admiral and the secretary of defense
kek I hope they make more seasons so I can see this ridiculous shit
Technically he didn't kill the admiral or the sod. Like that saw guy never killed anybody ya know
I hope he brings in Rocket raccoon next season.

bunch of leftists trying to get funding for their army feminization programs.
i was okay with this show until they started crying about that shit and made it all about muh poor soldier boys.
homosexual show for sissy men.
>filename
who do you think taught those goat frickers how to blow stuff up?
Omg she's so hot
I just noticed the shitty editing that doesn't show the CEO turn to see Pratt, he just kind of is in the next cut.
had to do it for file size purposes
bit too fricking convenient lmao. Would have made more sense if he drove into the front of the guys jeep then bailed
Is this shit like 24 for Zoomers? In that, it's probably good but I will never care because Parks and Rec guy will never touch Jack Bauer imo no matter what you marvelgays try to tell me.
loved 24 but I had to skip a lot of the drama shit
Jack Bauer is my favorite superhero
>muh Zoomers
I despise your generation so much, calling you cattle would be way too generous.
I'm watching 24 season 1 right now. Glad Amazon has it. Hate the ads though.
Yes, it's 24 without the homosexual shit like the daughter and wife drama or Chloe potato face.
Chloe was fricking hilarious, you're dumb
She was a serious character not comedy relief.
What's up with that derp face? Looks like discount Fairuza Balk with down syndrome.
show was pure cheese but its refreshing to watch something from 2020+ without US politics or social commentary
Test
Why do chuds love this show so much?
only ꜱoyboys and troons like you "love" shows or movies
I like this show at best
is Cruise's Jack Reacher considered operator?
i liked it
i would put it on the same level as Bourne so i think its more like a lone wolf type deal but idk what the frick im talking about
not really imo
Fell off after ep5, that moronic wilderness cop out episode fricked up the pacing.
yea ep 6 was basically some wannabe rambo type shit minus taking anyone out or doing anything interesting
Yeah, by his own logic he should have killed them instead of doing all the non-lethal shit.
>they were on the battlefield
they were his brothers, brother
LTTB brother
filtered
has anyone seen The Contractor, i'm in the mood for more operator kino
yeah it's good for the majority but falls apart near the end
watch one shot instead if you haven't seen it already
i enjoyed it, pretty fun 7/10 show. i just didn't think the operator stuff was that impressive? after the whole shootout in broad daylight in the middle of the city i just started watching it as basic action stuff
The heli scene in ep 1 was kino. There were like 50 goat frickers on that mountain or whatever and the heli was spraying them.
Loved it . Reminds me of the time i was down range in the sandbox with my brothers
in the 147th Quartermaster water purification detachment, US Army Reserve.
Made me laugh
he looked so cool int he last episode
Hallucinations should have been either shorter or actually serve a purpose in the story like his daughter guiding him through missions
Show kinda loses purpose around half lacking a bad guy and kinda pulling new targets out of the ass
Big reveals in the last episode, the worst, suck and ruin most of the show
Pretty watchable otherwise, I enjoyed it and Pratt was pretty good in it
It would have been nice if they played more into Reece being paranoid instead of confirming it in the second episode
Why did this show get rated so low on RT? I thought it was pretty good. Better than most MCU shows which those critics seem to love.
>White male main char
>Christ "I'm Christian and therefore I hate minorities and LGTB community because CNN says so" Pratt as lead
>There's a conspiracy that undermines the government authorities and oligarchs
>A good man with a gun
Everything lefties hate nowadays
Whoa a heckin' guy gets betrayed and must take revenge by brutally murdering a bunch of people as a vigilante! So heckin' BASED and original
you like unoriginal stuff too, just not action apparently. passive aggressive homosexual
Which episode does is the sweet gear-up compilation and he has the double axes on his back, Geralt of Rivia-style?
The second novel has him hiding in Africa and protecting wildlife against poachers until series of terrorist attacks force him to go rampaging all over the world again
sounds lame af fr no cap
My fav part is when the commander was crying begging to be spare and saying "for the love of god I have family" to the dude he killed his family, dude should have read the room
ending would have gained points if his brother came clean about his betrayal on his own. he explains he left himself off the list to help reece until he was finished.
This is literally implied because he helped him to begin with.
He survived, he shot the boat to trick the audience, he'll be back in Mozambique.
They're gonna do this aren't they? I honestly wouldn't mind that. Rather that than him getting some ooga booga partner in Africa
CHRIS PRATT and ALDIS HODGE in
TERMINAL LIST 2: BLOOD DIAMOND
un série de OLIVER STONE
>"COVER MY 6, ENTERING MUDHUT CHECKPOINT 1"
>"MOVING"
>"WE HAVE 6 RHINO TUSK POUCHERS ENTERING THE MUD-ZONE"
Is that from the books? Doesn't match with Reeces character to have mercy
Implied how? He wanted to help him and also live out the rest of his life onaboat. Reece got his shell company from the reporter
>is this worth watching?
I stay away from tv shit.
based moron
R-rude. How does it feel to waste so much time just to get rugpulled at the end?
t. game of thrones etc etc
all the best shows are miniseries
still based but still moron
Yes.
Still can't tell what an operator is.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special_forces
why are people trying to force pratt into a Cinemaphile idol
he's not even the only christian actor out there
he cute
The real purpose of this film is to make incels think they have a chance at fighting the establishment.
Hint, they don't.
This tbh. And the purpose of that is to encourage terrorism, which in turn encourages higher levels of police state to counter that terrorism.
The film is basically bait. Just like the Joker.
Man I was really happy with this one. I also liked Reacher too. I'm surprised Amazon of all things is putting out some quality action kino that doesn't make men look like big homosexuals.
Anything else I missed in the last few years like this? Series or movie.
Don’t worry. The israelites will take note how the goys reaction to this went and they will pile propaganda into the next couple series
>One episode in
>it's kino
why does it make the trannies seethe so much?
Competent sympathetic strong white male is enough to piss off critics these days.
Bourne identity has the best operators.
>wanna be the most badass assassin ever?
Yeh
>sign up with our project and we'll turn you into a brainwashed robot that activates via cell phone app
Oh frick yeah can't wait to join
Muh OOOPERATORS OHHHHH OH
The Punisher was much better operator kino.
So does the US military just teach their soldiers to make EFP bombs?
Wtf?
they're probably at least knowledgeable about their construction and configuration since they were used by tangos in the sandbox. know your enemy and all that.
