The entire premise of the movie is that white people are forcing blacks to change their fundamental nature into that of a white person (AKA oreos or Uncle Toms), as if "whiteness" was a virus contracted through prolonged contact with whites. In a sense this is correct; white people have created a social structure with laws and regulations that is completely alien to Africans, and the only way blacks can survive in such a world is to essentially lose their mentality through being civilized and "becoming white" in a sense. Peele portrays this as a horrible experience in which you become what is essentially a mindless zombie, which forms the basis of the film.
Being a non-detrimental part of society causes blacks to go insane. Sounds right.

The film is mocking white leftists and their condescending attitude towards black America. They fetishize blacks and try to co-opt black culture. The movie’s plot is an exaggerated version of that attitude.
Honestly Peele almost seems to be arguing for a separation of the races here. His case is that even when whites admire blacks, we’re fricking up. The message seems to be that we’ll never get along no matter what. As a racist myself I found myself agreeing.
