No. The value of releasing weekly instead of in batches is massively overstated nonsense. It's got merits, but the amount and the variety of shows it'd actually make a difference for is a lot more limited than gays would like to pretend it does.
>defending Netshits release methods
if it's not a preestablished IP, it's dead in the water if released all at once

Releasing 2 episodes at a time was a really good thing for Fionna and Cake. I don't think it would've been as successful without the momentum the weekly experience created.
>Try to mock right wing chuds who don't trust the goverment >Turns out left wing morons(their makn audience) don't trust the goverment either >Does horribly bad and gets canceled
Also Hirsch being part of it made things worse
Making something popular and beloved then botching it at the last lap inspires exponentially more hate and ire than making something that just sucks from the start.
it would have been a lot more successful if it actually made jokes about real conspiracies, and jokes about the official stories that don't add up at all.
>left wing morons
you're talking about liberals. liberals are not leftists
it's true that leftists don't trust the government. for one, the government is controlled by capitalists
>Try to mock right wing chuds who don't trust the goverment
Why are right wingers so fragile nowadays? I consider myself from the right and I never felt like this show made fun of my political views (unless you are so far gone that you think something like the Americube is unironically a good thing)
Only other thing I've seen him in was Stranger Things, what are his best roles?
I liked him in... shit, I forgot the name... TV show starring guy who voices Elfo from Disenchanted and girl who voices Cheryl from Archer as a married couple with kids. Brett plays the best friend.
>show starring guy who voices Elfo from Disenchanted and girl who voices Cheryl from Archer as a married couple with kids
Is this a joke? You literally said the name of the show: Married.
He was also in Fleabag, once again as an butthole. I don't understand how Fleabag and Phoebe Waller Bridge get so much praise.
maybe so, it would have helped retain a more consistent fanbase but at the end of the day the showed fail due to bad marketing and mediocre writing. reagan, rand, brett, and the robot president are really the only characters people liked. and maybe the shark marine. the alien and the two human characters have far much more screentime than they deserve. also making reagan's love interest just Reagan 2 instead of brett turned the show off for a lot of people. a mix of these things i think s why people stopped watching the show and it ultimately failed.
I wish, I really did wish, that this show would survive. That it could've gone for at least three seasons. But we can't have anything nice these days, can we? I wanted to see what happened to Reagan when she ascended to the Robes, what happened to Cognito Inc., what happened to everyone.
Literally any show would benefit from weekly releases as opposed to dropping a whole season all at once. Most people bring up that weekly allows for more buildup of hype and discussion etc. but the other problem with this distribution method I don't see mentioned often is that it also encourages shorter seasons. Why do half-hour shows only have 10 episodes per season at most now? Why is that the norm?
The strength of this show wasn't in lore and theories, it was in the surprisingly good character dynamics. They probably would have run out of ideas soon, but a proper ending would have been nice
>Would this show have been more successful if it had a weekly schedule instead of being dropped all at once?
No, the show was shit.
Reagan was pretty hot though.
No. It probably would've hurt it actually. The writing wasn't that strong to keep people coming back on a weekly basis. Also, Netflix doesn't do weekly drops which means that it has to go somewhere else. TV would've been a death sentence after the first season regardless of what channel it was on.
No. These moronic executives need to get the memo and move on from each one of these shows looking the same with this hideous Rick and Morty esque art style, people will be unable to distinguish these shows apart which leads to inevitable death.
I don't know, for I know nothing.
No
>defending Netshits release methods

its shit no matter what release schedule

why does this board have such a hate boner for alex hirsch
Making something popular and beloved then botching it at the last lap inspires exponentially more hate and ire than making something that just sucks from the start.
He just brings it on himself.

Lot of words just to admit you are moronic online.

>how do you do fellow kids
What episode of Rick and Morty is this from?
>great premise and humor
>voted-by-committee generic R&M artsyle
unfortunate
It wouldn't have been successful in any way since it was made by Alex Cringe.
The way people have been begging for more of his first show, Inside Job should've been HUGE
It would've been better if they didn't cast Brett Gelman. He's only funny playing morons, he's not funny as an butthole. He's just an butthole.
Only other thing I've seen him in was Stranger Things, what are his best roles?
He was really good as the moron on Eagleheart.
I've never seen him play a moron, just buttholes.
I liked him in... shit, I forgot the name... TV show starring guy who voices Elfo from Disenchanted and girl who voices Cheryl from Archer as a married couple with kids. Brett plays the best friend.

sex with reagan
you sure?
Put her in any outfit you like, she's still a repulsive goblin.
Yes, but she's MY repulsive goblin!
She won't ever frick you unless youre a good looking spy who's better than you at everything in a douchey way.
I wish, I really did wish, that this show would survive. That it could've gone for at least three seasons. But we can't have anything nice these days, can we? I wanted to see what happened to Reagan when she ascended to the Robes, what happened to Cognito Inc., what happened to everyone.
>you will never ruff Reagans socks
>show about dated 90s style conspiracies in an age where at least 1 in 10 people knows what the Protocols of Zion are
It was dead on arrival.

>of hype
Millenial shit with no meaning.
>YOU HYPE, BRO! Because I'm hype by all the hype and not the actual substance.
That males no sense. No
The strength of this show wasn't in lore and theories, it was in the surprisingly good character dynamics. They probably would have run out of ideas soon, but a proper ending would have been nice

Reagan and Brett were the only funny ones, everyone else was annoying.

No, the show was shit.
Reagan was pretty hot though.
Shit show with shit rating
Shit "nothing happens for 90% of the episodes and the last episode is cliff hanger lore bait"
You just want to frick Reagan
>filename
you're not slick
Yes. Weekly schedule is the best way to enjoy a show, and anyone saying otherwise is a moronic Zoomer that should be put down like the dog they are
Be honest, when you say "I like this show for the characters" you only mean Reagan, right?
No. It probably would've hurt it actually. The writing wasn't that strong to keep people coming back on a weekly basis. Also, Netflix doesn't do weekly drops which means that it has to go somewhere else. TV would've been a death sentence after the first season regardless of what channel it was on.
Why is she brown?
Shes American-Indian.
wtf no she isnt
Yes she is. Her father is an American, her Mom is IndianJapanese, I think.
>Tamiko
>yellow
>indian
Brother.
She’s not, she’s olive
Then why the hook nose
She takes after her mother
Cute middle-east woman, sauce plz
It would have been more successful if they made Reagan canonically my wife
No. These moronic executives need to get the memo and move on from each one of these shows looking the same with this hideous Rick and Morty esque art style, people will be unable to distinguish these shows apart which leads to inevitable death.
She's so hot. Wish there was more of the show
