>causing riley to stay up late betray her friends and nearly giving her a heart attack
>good
She was never going to have a heart attack. Her friends were also leaving next year and Riley needed to scout out new friends. Getting to be friends with the best player is also an amazing opportunity. Riley's friends should have encouraged her instead of being selfish apes. Honestly frick those two stupid friends. Trying to call her out infront of all these people was also bullshit. Riley did the right thing body checking the fat one. Set her b***h as straight right away.
to be fair i dont think middle school counts for anything academically
Is Riley a schizophrenic?
This board is obsessed with this diagnosing people with this.
But Riley has, like, multiple personalities.
Everyone in this universe has multiple personalities, the entire point of the first movie is that the characters are personifications of the emotions that everyone has and manifests.
>what if feelings had feelings
it comes with the territory of dissecting kid movies
No but if her emotions keep being like this she will do a kurt cobain before her 20's
Shut up elsa
Oh boy I can't wait for the third one where the antagonist is called "Ick" and they just let them win because of le ebin Ick List meme
It's canon that the stream of consciousness will have dick rafts the emotions will ride once riley goes through her period
Call me emotion racist, but I think anxiety and embarrassment are just fear doing more shifts.
embarrassment used to be covered by disgust in the first movie
The only reason they came up with these emotions was because they wanted to present puberty as purely negative, and make kids desire puberty blockers when they start adolescence
Turning Red already fills the puberty-positive niche
The movie kind of acknowledges that with fear initially enjoying anxiety's presence. There's also a moment with sadness and embarrassment having some sort of connection. They also mention that they're just complex emotions where as the original emotions are more basic.
they literally are, they had a good thing going with the first one and they threw it out for psuedoscience.
The sequel is good? Or Riley turn into a fricking troony?
the sequel is you should pay a ticket or wait for it to be pirated before it reaches Disney+.
it's the same movie but Riley has friends and everything from scratch and just has panic attacks that ruins a few hours of her life and it's solved really easily in the end.
dont trust everything you read on this site anon. MSM isn't actually trying to force the gays on you.
no. the gays here who are either afraid of the gays or were blueballed by teenage kraken really wanted Riley to be gay, but she isn't. She just admires the team captain.
I look at this character and feel like it should be voiced by Weird Al.
Alright so gimme a plot summary guys
Does Riley kiss that girl in the movie or no
