I actually read the Riri Ironheart comic because the idea of a sexy kween in an Iron Man suit was kind of kinky to me but holy shit was I wrong. Not only was she a completely cardboard boring ass character with no real flaws or interesting sexcapades, they basically carried the bullshit baggage from Marvel's batshit convoluted lore web into her story so I had no idea what was going on or why. They couldn't even do an original story right, they had something about Tony being dead and Pepper wearing the Ironman suit and some villain organization I'd never heard of who didn't get any explanation.

I fully believe there a few movies that can make a huge amount of money like No Way Home did (i.e. the Avengers stuff that leans into have all these multiverse pre-2008 cameos, the return of Tobey/Andrew, etc.) but they are aware their best days are behind them and that this entire franchise cannot stretch into having a 20 year life style.
He has already been replaced with Strange, or did you somehow not notice that? His personality changed immediately when Stark was removed from the setting to cover that gaping hole. He's got the snarkier humor now, he's kinder and more charismatic, he supplanted Stark as the mentor figure for Peter, he's got his own apprentice now in America, he's the most prominent member of the Avengers, etc. Dude is literally just Tony now.
Ironheart can't replace Stark because Strange exists and their personalities are incomparable. Will she have a similar power set due to the armor? Sure, but that's like saying Tchala and Killmonger are the same dude because they both wear Vibranium armor.
How about instead of replacing him they marry each other and form an Iron Family and fight against villains with their 4 mixed kids, and after a long hard day of fighting crime, she sucks his long hard thing
