Bob Ross helped me discover ASMR but honestly a lot of his shows have too much scratchy paint sounds for good ASMR. There was this Canadian knockoff of Ross that I used to watch when I lived up in a cottage in the boonies, on public access TV, that was even better. I used to watch that any time it was on and wonder why it made me so relaxed.
