>Why are (You) posting here, then?
Well you see there's a very simple explanation to that, I will try to go slow for your monkey brain to follow: OP asked if a movie called "Possession" was worth watching, as you can see here
https://i.imgur.com/pshJll6.jpg
Is it worth watching?
On Cinemaphile, the first post of a thread is made by the person creating it – also known as Original Poster, OP – and they set the topic of the conversation for the whole duration of the thread, granted it doesn't get derailled for any reason.
My answer: "Kind of unmemorable to be honest." is a subjective opinion directly relating to the topic of the thread (the movie "Possesion", you're following?).
Therefore, the reason why I posted my opinion directly relates to the topic of the conversation.
Asking the question you ask would be like going to a church and asking why people are talking about Jesus.
I've been saving a pic of every woman I swipe right on, to visualize my idealized female partner, my "type", if you will. The overall appearance that being amalgamated is very similar to her.
>Isabelle Yasmina Adjani was born on 27 June 1955 in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, to Mohammed Cherif Adjani, an Algerian from Constantine, and Emma Augusta "Gusti" Schweinberger, a German Catholic from Bavaria.[
mutt
If she doesn't love you and starts feeling "trapped", yes.
t. Had my ex-gf cut her fricking arms because of an argument started over me not picking up socks.
It's a surreal art film with no clear explanation. The first part centers around nasty arguments between a couple that's breaking up, definitely not a date movie. Then there's the famous scene where she freaks out in the subway and has a miscarriage, which might interest you as a film fan, but is also just hard to watch.
I saw this trailer after I found out recently my mother once scared the shit out of my father with a knife. They even look like them back then. I dont want to watch this movie. It will probably feel like it was written for me and freak me out.
The movie was created when the director was going through a bad divorce. Likely his prostitute ex-wife was a BPD fiend because I relate to Possession a lot.
Denis villeneuve always works with a tight budget so he has to ration the colors he uses in his movies
enemy was the yellow movie, arrival was the blue movie and dunc was the gray movie
i like it but it's also kinda shitty. if you don't adjust to the movie by maybe the halfway mark, you'll probably just outright hate it. the performances are beyond absurd and you really have to get on board with the general weird tone of the film lest you be left scratching your head and calling it shit like the filtered anons here.
Filteredgays are right about this one, it ultimately feels pretty hollow despite all the symbolism stuff.
On the Silver Globe has a lot more kino to chew on
On the Silver Globe was a lot of campy grandiloquent nonsense. Entire movie is just Dutch angle shaky shots of racoon people making speeches about the universe raping them in the butthole. Possession is at least sort of about something relatable.
You make permission threads, stick to watching your Stah Wahs and capeshit. This would only confuse and upset you.
It's a blackpill movie. If you need to ask however, it would undoubtedly filter you so listen to fpbp
it's about a man that gets cucked by an evil woman
watch the enemy instead
Hard pass from me, bucko.
Based. The movie has one of the slowest middles ever, and really feels low budget due to it's limited locations, despite having big name stars in it.
don't bother. movie is bullshit. not lying.
I dislike most of his films but this one did me right.
Yes, it exposes female nature and the failed attempts of a man who tries to understand said nature.
>shilling Villememe
Kek.

What makes it unmemorable, in your subjective opinion?

No. It's one of those movies that gets spammed on here by a few schizos. People only watch it for that one webm. It's genuinely not good.

The alien fricking or Sam Neil beating the b***h?

sex-havers: is this what you have to put up with in a relationship?
If she doesn't love you and starts feeling "trapped", yes.
t. Had my ex-gf cut her fricking arms because of an argument started over me not picking up socks.
Wouldn't it be easier to just pick the damn socks?
For once...

I watch for she
Beautiful.
It's pure kino
Hot
Same
She is sooo pretty, good French Berber mix
every stream on the internet is the director talking over the film. what the frick is up with that?
It's utter shit and not intentionally so, the slav director thought he was making high art but he's a moronic ukrop and only made cringe shit.
That said the girl is hot and the film is pretty kekworthy.
Heinrich is literally me
it made me horny I must get turned on by my wife getting fricked by a monster
I didn't like it the first time I watched it, and I really like Sam Neill.
It's hard to recommend as emtertainment.

I don't remember the miscarriage part
you can't miscarry from the ears
One of the worst movies I've ever seen.
I saw this trailer after I found out recently my mother once scared the shit out of my father with a knife. They even look like them back then. I dont want to watch this movie. It will probably feel like it was written for me and freak me out.
It was written for you specifically
Is your name Bob?
idk do the pixels on your screen consent?
if not thats digital rape in 2023
you are not a rapist OP are you?
I turned it off at like 20/30 minutes, dull and terrible
Why so much hate for this film? It's kino.
I liked it.
>Why so much hate for this film
Typical Cinemaphile contrarianism.
this board has generals for game of thrones, doctor who, star wars shows, and capeshit
you need to find some new cope lines my loser
>liking awful nu wars
>hating classic movies
Contrarianism
woosh
consequence of redditors overrating it and not even understanding it
newbies can't handle the wet wet

Good ol squid person fricking
2+ hours of incomprehensible screaming.
There's some kino monster sex in it though.
Isabelle, light of my life, fire of my loins. My sin, my soul.
Yes it's kino.

it's a zulawski film that got maybe a bit too popular for it's own good
man im jelly of that appartement
it's been sitting in my backlog, downloaded for two years
it's just not that exciting to me but I know I wanna watch it eventually
I love those type of women. Skinny/underweight, flat, pale, sexually repressed, mentally ill, that whole phenotype.
Is it sad I have a thing for loser women?
I am a shut-in with zero experience but my gut says you could find women like this in France
you posted a woman who isn't flat and also has a child.
i should introduce you to my friend, her pussy is really hairy tho
Jesus christ I never knew tv was filled with so many uncultured swines
