          Could have been better I know but it was a middle aged Betty they were going for and they probably just wanted her for her voice and laugh. It was just ok. The movie itself was just ok for its time in general.

    Wouldn't say the cartoon, but TMNT 1990 owes its existence to the popularity of it, thus giving us all one of the most kino indie films of all time.
    It's also a very faithful adaptation to the source material.
