Miami vice is incredible. When you watch it you will see a lot of cop show cliches, just remember that you’re watching the show that did them first in most cases. Maurice Hurley might have been dog shit for Star Trek TNG but the man knew how to write a police procedural. Try to get a version with the original soundtrack intact, some of the artists for songs they were able to license are mindboggling.
