Why don't we do this with chimps. Just teach like 40 chimps from various troops how to make fire then release them back into the wild and let the knowledge spread.

Chimps can learn from humans, but have trouble learning from other chimps. Their generational knowledge sharing is very minor.

This, they’re a lot like Chinese “people”, in fact the Chinese shills in this very thread have a lot in common with chimps. Even the names are spelled similarly. Beyond that though, they can’t innovate, they only learn by imitating the white man, they struggle immensely with creativity. The only thing that chimps do differently, is, well, they’re actually athletic. Compared to the Chinese population, one of the largest but least athletic populations on the planet.

Indeed. The theory of an advanced civilisation existing on Earth 10s of millions of years ago is far more believable than aliens using their advanced technology to chisel some rocks.

full of shit. heres a documentary about it which is pretty cool because it shows a lot of stuff you may not have known anyways like when the french architect did his version of how the internal ramps for the pyramids would have to be done, the team that did seismic/radar study and never released a few images that exactly match where he said the ramps would be, because they didn't have any idea what they were

Egyptians had way more advanced tech than what people for some reason keep saying, that they did it by beating dolomite to create the monuments and obelisks etc. There's saw and drill marks in the quarries and on the pieces themselves. Check out Christopher Dunn on the subject. Not aliens, but I'm honestly not sure why people refuse to understand basic things like seeing the cuts in the hardest of stones and saying they just beat it a ton with dolomite. Weird shit, may be why goofballs go immediately to aliens because the official story makes almost no sense either.

      did they have milling machines?

        Anonymous

I'm not sure all they had but look up even the pottery that was made out of stone. If you know even basic things you'll see they had lathes and obviously the tech to cut/lathe the stone itself in addition to the precise cuts for the blocks we all know. It means they had blades harder than that material, so maybe even diamond, like modern day stone saw blades etc. It puts some peoples panties in a bunch when you say that though but I've seen the marks on some of the pieces and you can tell they are overcuts. I'm still going through it all now actually so I dont know all the details yet, but I've worked with tools all my life so you know that kind of stuff when you see it.

There aren't precise documents on how to, but we have general documents relating on the logistics of pyramid building, architects' names, hell, even foremen signatures and measurements inside the pyramids.
Not to mention the evolution of the form of pyramid can be traced from the earliest mastabas.

if you dont have documents detailing the process you are guessing based on what is found in the ruins of structures that have been picked over for 1000 years. ancient aliens are just as plausible as humans developing and losing technology, tech that shouldnt be terribly complex and people should have plently of incentive to preserve.

It's the date the researchers got for the oldest know one. When they find an older one it will be revised.

            Anonymous

They don’t revise it, in fact they muddy the waters by *refusing* to estimate or attribute findings beyond that scope. It’s extremely obtuse, what’s actually happening is a “boys club” mentality in the field actively bottlenecking discoveries thru restricting research opportunities, preserving the prevailing narrative (about 150-200 years old - as old as the field), limiting the number of positions in the field, publishing misleading popsci garbage, etc

              Anonymous

That's simply not true, every other day you get mainstream media announcing 'new discoveries that shake the foundation of what we know about our past', which is of course sensationalism, but we do constantly update on our knowledge of the past. You just refuse to seek it. Is it easier to believe in moronic conspiracies that would have to include tens of thousands low paid researchers from all around the globe?

You didn’t actually dispute anything in my post, you said “ur wrong” and then posted a flimsy deflection about organizational hierarchy. News flash, you need only the smallest amount of top-down control to enforce something like what I’m suggesting. It’s abundantly simple to coordinate when there are so few positions of genuine authority in the field. One wonders why you’re so invested in the diminution of the truth?
