i enjoyed the first season but have no idea why it received glowing reviews. it's dumb fun. there's a prime ad that shows the dad of a newborn watching it at 3am when he's awoken by his kid and i think that's a great time to enjoy it. i don't know why everyone is shitting on the second season which is only marginally more stupid than the first. i think his former team members are fricking obnoxious and this all runs counter to reacher being an itinerant loner.
it was a show about pure male power fantasy in 2022, it was refreshing. S2 becoming the same "girls get it done" slop ruined it though
