I feel like zoomers are more cruel than any other generation, while simultaneously being too afraid to use any kind of slurs. Not really basing that off real life though, but people are fricking vicious online these days, left and right.
in the past you'd just call your friend a gay if he was being a gay. Now it's like "Your life needs to be ruined because of what you believe"
I don't think so I was playing counter strike and I called some kid a gay Black person and he called me a racist homophobe and tried to get the server to join in by saying stuff like >hey everyone this guy's a racist homophobic bigot!! what a loser! can you believe it! how could he call someone gay like it's a bad thing!
tbh I didn't know what to say so he got me, I figured people still called each other gay Black folk online

Because the idea of “it was a different time” and trying to understand something within its historical context is literary an offensive concept to them so the only things that have any value to them are things that make sense to them within their own limited contemporary perspective.
Lol no. Millennials are comfortable in the knowledge that as shitty as things were 20 years ago it was all better than things are now. Only zoomers get off on trying to gatekeep what was good from a time they didn’t experience.

>Politicizing things "holding up"
Yeah the people politicizing the concept are definitely zoomers, millennials however do use it but its not related to politics.
Some things simply don't hold up with age. You watch a movie about a high school party as a kid and its awesome for many different reasons, you rewatch it as an adult and maybe all of it falls flat because you're no longer in that phase of life. Superbad however is a good movie because its more than that.
Jonah Hill plays the role so well. I knew so many kids just like him growing up, he captures that energy so well with his performance, the very spastic ADHD type moment, everything is super dramatic, he has to be loud and heard and everywhere all at once.
The only parts I don't like are the cops, you can tell it was written like "aren't these cops cool? they're idiots but they're CHILL idiots" Seth Rogen fricking sucks.
This absolutely mogs every other judd apatow style comedy from that era, and the reason is that the script is actually funny and doesnt just rely on the actors improvising every scene for 5 minutes
the gold makes it better be-becasue it just does ok!
>GOLDSUCK
I prefer GOLDSEED
>Goldseed
You misspelled Goldsneed
We know.
Weet ik
tru
How did these incels all have multiple girlfriends?
Because they're not incels? Mind wrecked.
This is the End holds up as well, Pineapple Express on the other hand, yuck
What do you mean? Pineapple is still hilarious
It’s literally dude weed the movie
Oh I see you have a hate boner for seth, got it.
>*unironically teleports behind you*
dont do it kid
>Don't do it, kid.
Only funny part
Still makes me laugh when he calls Fogell "gayELL" it's such a simple thing but its just perfect.
Do kids in school still call each other gay or is that off limits now?

No you’re right. I know some zoomers and they are absolutely mean spirited cruel animals to each other. It’s pack mentality dialed up to 11.
yes. They'll even call others Cinemaphileners/redditors if they want to deal some serious damage
t. janitor
Off limits.

what a fricking homosexual
yeah...I really didn't know how to react because he sounded genuine like hey guys let's all make fun of the bigot!
most csgo servers are like that, but matchmaking games are the complete opposite
>it holds up
why do zoomers always say this?
Jews told them that things generally get better with time (even though they obviously don't but thinking that is anudda shoah)
Can anyone deschizo this so I can read it?
desantis has raped children and it's on tape
I'm not a zoomer. I said it because I was 16 years younger when I watched it for the first time, watching it again and it's still good.

that's not fricking zoomer talk, it's fellow millennials revisiting old shit and feeling the autistic need to scrutinize how dated it feels now
Lol no. Millennials are comfortable in the knowledge that as shitty as things were 20 years ago it was all better than things are now. Only zoomers get off on trying to gatekeep what was good from a time they didn’t experience.
I’ve tried telling people this before that shit is so much worst today than 15-20 years ago and they just tell me I’m blinded by nostalgia
That’s because they’re zoomers and they aren’t old enough to have any idea what they’re talking about. We were no different when we were that age.

i cant watch anything that takes place in a high school, college, or has parties.
Americans have a weird obsession with highschool and seem to spend the rest of their life imagining it
I love this movie. The ending gives me da big feels
I like the period blood scene too.
>Why the FRICK would it be between that or Mohmmad?!
>Mohammad is the most commonly used name on Earth! Why don't you read a fricking book?!
>Fogell, have you actually ever met anyone named Mohammed?
'twas a different time
This is the quintessential 00’s movie. Nothing captures the essence of it like Superbad
Superbad, Borat, Juno, Napoleon Dynamite, Saved!, the list goes on...
ruined by Jonah
The only parts I don't like are the cops, you can tell it was written like "aren't these cops cool? they're idiots but they're CHILL idiots" Seth Rogen fricking sucks.
crazy, I just watched this last night.
Yea, great movie, definitely captures that era. I'm 34 so really reminds me of my HS days.
The last good comedy ever made?
she cute
She was so much better than Emma Stone tbh
Emma Stone looked very frog-like in Superbad.
>No one’s gotten a handjob in cargo shorts since Nam.
Best line.
For me it's:
>she wants to *kicks ball* FRICK, man!
Do zoomers even drink alcohol or even party? I swear I feel like all the ones I’ve known are too scared to drink and also avoid parties
Can zoomies even get drunk and have sex at parties now? Wont you get accused of rape and have your life ruined if you do?
>zoomies
only homosexuals speak like this
touch grass and have sex
t. sexless zoomie
there was a guy at my school who looked just like fogell so we called him mclovin
>Fricking calm down, Greg. It’s soccer, ok? It’s soccer.
The movie felt like they outright shadowed people in my graduating class, like when This Is Spinal Tap was watched by actual 60s-70s rockers.
