This, get rid of the “guests” and find a permanent replacement.

The last episode with Rob Riggle was watchable. The previous ones were the worst they've ever done though.

That was ok. The one right before it i think was ok too, but yeah others were pretty bad.

    Why is he gone

I heard rumors Joe left because he was supposedly grooming girls.

Considering that to feminist simpoids just breathing the same air as a female is grooming it's probably true.

I haven't watched it since Joe left. I've been watching last season and they were really going in on Joe. And then that bit where they pretend to be made Joe was all like "So you'll let me know when its my turn to talk", etc. So wonder if there was tension between the guys or just Joe and his wife?

Whatever actually happened with Joe, I'm just surprised that they have managed to keep it a secret for this long. Those sorts of stories have a way of leaking. I can't believe we don't know the real story yet.

Joe's wife pegged Murr in his shiny hiney.

The story is they got divorced and he wants to spend time with his kids. I’d imagine with all the challenges and punishments do it’s a lot of different days of filming so maybe it really was just too much of a commitment to stay in the show when he only has so many days he can see his kid.

Didn't they pull specific episodes from streaming services at the exact same time as the announcement, including an episode that had Joe rubbing lotion on women?

Do you guys ever wonder about what happens behind the scenes? Like I'm 95% sure the Jokers aren't the only ones telling them guy on the floor what to do. And/or most of the ideas come from the "comedy producers" and they are just reciting canned lines.

I'm rewatching every episode and compiling a list. Lets just say the magic of the show is in the editing.

of course they have writers on the show who provide ideas/jokes/lines

From the vibe I get? I honestly reckon as soon as the cameras are off they all disappear to different trailers. They have never convincingly sold the “4 friends messing around vibe” that they are so strongly going for. It feels too corporate and uncomfortable and American for that.

Did you ever watch their dinner show during the covid year? I think they felt more like friends in that since they talked about some old stories from like high school and other stuff

I hate to break this to you anons… it was never good. The hosts always had this horrible fake friendship vibe that just didn’t work at all. It was like they were trying to have the dynamic of the top gear trio but they could never pull it off. Now that there are only 3, I expect it to be just as awkward and unfunny as it ever was. I hope I’m never forced to watch that shit again.

Geez what do you guys want. They film all day together. It's hard to spend almost every day with someone even if they are your friends. We do hang out sometimes after the show I bet but they need their personal time too. Trust me I think they're pretty good friends except maybe Sal is a bit of a prick. Don't speculate on why Joe left it just is what it is.

agreed. it's a tv show and a paycheck. they look like they're having fun but it's a job

there are moments where you can especially tell they're reminiscing about old times together. the one that comes to mind is joe and sal in the bar doing that wingman bit
