the only difference between sexual assault and not sexual assault, is whether or not the woman realizes she liked it afterwards, that's it
it doesn't matter if she resists, it doesn't matter if she consents, it doesn't matter if she's into it or not
    all that matters is hindsight

    >he kissed me by surprised!
    >i didn't want it at first, but then my legs wobbled and i practically melted, it was sooo romantic!

    >he kissed me by surprised!
    >i didn't want it at first, and i still don't like it and aren't attracted to him. it was assault!

you really can't prove me wrong

There was no affirmative consent so it was assault.

Take a criminal law class and try again. "Affirmative consent" (whatever that means) is not the criteria.

it l's worse than that. if she regrets it later you can still go to jail

        Anonymous

Literally nobody has ever gone to jail because "she regreted it later". People have been fired or ostracized, yes, but it takes a lot more evidence for people to get locked up than he-said/she-said.

yup that's pretty much how it works, people who pretend it's not are either women, or men who literally will never acquire sex so they can't imagine the possibility of it happening to them even tho it they don't even need to frick for it to happen. remember mattress girl?

Back in 2014, a Columbia University student named Emma Sulkowicz accused a male friend of violently raping her. It never happened. When the police and the university investigated her claims and dismissed them, she started carrying a mattress around campus. She insisted she'd keep carrying it around, for as long as "her rapist" was still attenting the university. She got a frickton of sympathetic press in the media, while the young man she'd falsely accused suffered terribly. When even the "believe all women" types had to at last admit that she'd made it all up (and many still won't), she called it an art piece and made it her master's thesis or something. No consequences for her, and the innocent guy still has to live with being called a rapist a decade later.

          >The legal world of the anglospehere is so simple you can easily make broad sweeping generalisations like this from your basement
Ignoring the fact there are like 68 jurisdictions because US/AUS/CAN are federal countries, despite what you hear in incel blogs in the vast majority of those jurisdictions the only relevant factor about consent is if there is a yes.

Also in the jurisdiction I live in in the past two years, judges have thrown out cases and told the prosecution department to pull their head in because cases were obviously doomed to fail. In one the complainant had 8 identical complaints on the stove at the same time, and in the other the complainant erroneously (but earnestly) believed (probably thanks to social media) having drunk any alcohol at all that she couldn't consent.

Having been sexually assualted twice by women it sucks to know there is literally nothing I can do as a man while they have complete domain on men.

      Unironically this.

I basically drunkenly molested my wife when we were first dating, and the only reason she didn't call the cops on me or have me cancelled was because she already liked me and wanted it (but didn't say anything until after). We've been together for years with 2 kids, and she still doesn't get upset if I start groping her when I'm horny.

The weird truth I've realized is some women just expect to be physically handled, and I'm autistic and don't know how to "read signs," but she's told me that most women put out these "signs" on whether or not they want to be groped. I'm honestly just really lucky that drunk me made a call and didn't get in trouble. I love her so goddamn much.

Be careful out there. It's still a gamble.

Kissing being sexual assault feels a lot like slapping someone being normal assault, i.e. only that way because first-world plebs are pathetically soft.

What the frick? Is this how it really is for women in relationships like that?

I think.... I understand why my ex wanted to break up now. I wasn't as bad as that greentext, but I would tell her I wanted to frick and she would only willingly agree about once a month, so I'd sometimes just pull her butt towards me and pull her panties down and wait until she said "okay, be quick." She was always quiet, but held my hand and asked if I felt better after I came.

I need to take a break from this website for awhile. I miss you, Carrie.
