At least she's condemned to an awful adult life as Milhouse's fricktoy.
I don't see all that much Nu-Simpsons but whenever they seem to do future episodes now she's a depressed, unfulfilled housewife to Milhouse.
What's the deal there?
The writers acknowledge she's a self-rigtheous c**t
Which is really funny considering the writers have historically been (male) Lisas themselves
I see her more as a career woman dying alone because she thinks she's too good for everyone until she hits the wall at which point she convinces herself she's married to her career.
tourist seethe
Its probably where she'd wind up. Lisa was "too good" for Nelson and got stuck with Milhouse.
Ironic, considering that a smart and resourceful boy like Bart ends up being a pathetic deadbeat and Lisa becomes POTUS. Maybe they realized it was too much of a stretch even for the writers' pet
>smart and resourceful boy becomes a deadbeat
Yeah that'd never happen
Not in the case of Bart. He's a fine liar and manipulator with an incredible determination and ambitions, something that nobody in his family shares. People like him tend to get rich quickly.
But no, Bart wouldn't give a good example ti the kids. Lets focus more on the soapbox sadie and her impossible battles against windmills that inevitably end on her favor because it's a cartoon.
he's a cartoon character
It's the classic miserable wife and weak husband combo that Hollywood puts out as proof monogamy is bad.
As a kid i always disliked this because i saw Milhouse was a loser and i didn't like that his crush on Lisa was always rewarded
Now i still think he's pathetic but it's ok since it's what Lisa deserves
yeah kiddo, you're about to learn just what a truly wonderful person she is
In America, first you get the sugar, then you get the power, then you get the women.

Jeremy's Iron was a perfectly reasonable answer
And the good ol' boys drinking whiskey and rye
Singing "This'll be the day that I die. This'll be the day that I die."

Jeremy's Iron
except the part where they did eventually have Jeremy Irons guest star on a Zombie Simpsons episode and it was too horrible to describe
