whos to say she didn't get some sort of nose lightening surgery to make herself appear more feminine? could be like bleaching an butthole or something. As for the ears, her entire body looks like that of a human woman so I see no reason why her ears can't move around her head expressively in an animated movie.

My guess is from a design standpoint they wanted to make her look more feminine without giving her bigger breasts. She's already got the eyelash things, but when a character can't have hair character designers sperg out and think "HOW CAN WE MAKE HER LOOK MORE LIKE A GIRL WITHOUT JUST GOING DOWN THE OBVIOUS PATH OF GIVING HER breasts?" ergo a pink nose.I'd bet you money someone on the production team thought of it at one point.

Disney found a loophole since the movie was set in a renaissance setting and it was appropriate for the girl to wear a maidan veil/head gown thing. that would be weird in a movie set in modern times. More of a loophole but a good one for sure. As for the eyebrows, maid Marian had them too if you look at the picture you posted. They look a little weirder in 3d but the reason eyebrows are always on animated characters is because they are one of the major ways we as humans process emoting. When dealing with animation, they emphasize eyebrows because their goal is to in many ways emphasize the way a character emotes, ergo how they are animated. This is such an ingrained concept that the word animate has two meanings, one to animate a drawing and another which is tied to the way in which a person expresses emotion. I don't disagree with your point, seems like lazy character design to me personally, but if you're looking for a reason, this is it. Now if you'll excuse me I'm gonna go beat off to judy hopps.
