Ye. If you went with one of the lowest showings for PPG(The Beat-Alls), all you'd have to do is zap the girls with a few lasers and then finish them with a big rock. Then again, that would probably work against DCAU Superman too

Considering the speed in how powerful they become when enraged, Superman wouldn't be able to ramp up in time to challenge them before he's a purple streak on the ground.

The original PPG were as strong or weak as their emotional state dictated. Scare them and they're helpless. Put one of them in a competitive mood, and they are horrifyingly overpowered.
The PPGs have a horrible track record when they face someone with the same powers.
Mojo, Princess, the Rowdy Ruff Boys, and even the time the Gang Green Gang got super powers, it always buts the girls off their game.
Superman has faced Zod and Bizzaro, two beings with powers like his, and unlike the girls can hold his own.
And things that many would consider outside his range, which is why people keep lumping him in as some sort of God. Either way, yeah. The girls wouldn't stand a chance against a Superman trying to hurt them.
Luckily Superman isn't a psychotic butthole, despite what doomers want to screech.

The much better question is, if the PPG were brainwashed or blackmailed into having to rape Superman, who knew they were good girls and so had no legal or moral grounds to hurt them, would they succeed?

The PPG are quite inconsistent, sometimes they can tank a bomb or just shake off being punched straight through the planet and other times they can get knocked down by a couple dozen normal criminals.
