The music videos always sucked and were filler
yeah, they had maybe 3 or 4 music video segments that were funny. The rest of the time, they just slowed down the plot.

The only one I thought was "banned" (after being aired for a while) was Frog Baseball
Some of the early ones were blamed for some kid burning his house down so they took them off the air and Beavis never said FFFIRE! FIRE! again.

Frog Baseball was the first one. It was on Liquid Television before Judge got his own show.
there's lots more, the censors really went to work on the show after the fact
I'm a 30 something that worshiped this as a kid and I hate to say you're right but it is true. It doesn't hold up like old southpark or family guy does

On Pluto TV. I'm watching it on TV Classics something but it's not all the time.
I just rewatched most of it over the past month or two and it's even more funny than I remember as a kid. Probably because a lot of stuff went over my head.
The new movie was mediocre though, Beavis and Butthead work in smaller/simpler situations.
I think I watched the reboot once for about ten minutes. Jut wasn't the same.
