Super Size Me is actually a good movie, because the McDonald’s binge is the least interesting part of it. Most of the movie is a reflection on fast food culture in general. Fat Head is just a reactionary low budget and low brow film made by low carb dieters. They parrot the discredited carbohydrate-insulin model of obesity, but he maintains a calorie deficit, so of course he’s going to lose weight.

Why would the lack of a supersize option be healthier?
I live in the UK where Supersize was never an option. But there's formal or informal rule that stops me from ordering big piles of burgers and fries equivalent in volume to a Supersize. If I want that, I will have it. Spurlock only managed to make it cost a little more, which won't deter the resolute fat fricks out there.
