    Every day I try to kickstart my new diet and regime but I always fail in the evening. I'm just addicted to food. I know that all of the self-sacrifice and strain won't make me feel any better about myself. You only really see true results with steroids.

      Make a profile on nutritionix.com and start tracking your food and staying under a daily calorie goal. It's helped me a lot losing weight. It makes me feel fantastic seeing the weight come off each week. And it has helped see which foods to avoid due to their large amounts of calories

        I don't have a problem counting calories. But when I get to the evening, I get bored and decide to just stuff my face like a madman. I don't have any incentive to get in shape because I know you only see impressive results with roids.

          It's not about getting ultra muscular. It's about not being a fatass where everything is difficult. Such as just moving around, running, pulling yourself up, etc. Lose weight and get to a healthy body fat %.

      You can't target fat in your exercise only build the muscle in that area while lowering your total body fat percentage.

      Are you me. I'm resigned to just have a small pouch/frown line from when I did a dirty bulk no matter how much I lose. I'd have to have an asymmetrical skelly face to finally shrink those fat cells. Or lipo.

      It's hidden by normal swim trunks fortunately. So ideal for me is actually higher body fat, it softens my features and makes me look younger, my arms and chest get bigger.

      I started incorporating the ab machine for hypertrophy in my abs and that actually has helped give me a little bit of something there.

      I think it's mainly a low T problem, but work with what you got there's still a balance that looks good on you and probably a million times better than the average person.

      Train hard for 6 months, and if you're not starting fat you'll probably be able to do 50 fast reps.

    I’m going to stick around to see how the election goes, then I’m going to see Whitney Cummings on November 9th….I might stick around for Christmas so I can give my mom one last good Christmas memory and then I’m going to buy a motorcycle, cash and take it to the top of a cliff deep in the forest and then maybe I’ll ride the motorcycle off the cliff, or I’ll just give it to someone passing by and then jump off. I’ll send text messages to everyone that I fell in love with a wealthy woman with political ties and that we’re running off together and you’re never going to see me again.
