Because it's 2 hours of dizzying CGI filler. The plot and dialog are stretched paper thin and the action just gets tiresome very quickly. It fails at every aspect of being a movie.
I have no idea how these absolute shit movies are getting praised here. Only because ROP was even worse. These marvel tier dogshit cgi slush movies are horrendous.
