Every time I rewatch this I get about halfway and then turn it off, its actually impressive how much better the first 30 to 40 minutes of the movie are compared to the rest of it.

This movie was great. A 100 year old director who's last movies were Happy Feet and Babe, releases a modern movie that btfo anything released in the last decade and reminds everyone how good action movies are supposed to be.
Shame no one listened.
If it isn't really close to be great, I do not know what is. Outside that it was more...loose...cartoony, compared to MM2 Road Warrior, and pretty much equal in cartoony with Thunderdome.
All the cast does great in it.
I still want to bang that redhead that was riding around with them. Have no clue who she is.
I hope Hardy does another one, but more in the vein of Road Warrior hard, not so much cartoony action. Just brutality.

Mad Max is literally about a dude wandering around in an aimless world like a bonehead tripping over people and getting himself into worse dumb shit than he started.
He's not really supposed to have motivation outside survival and keeping on the move.
They can change it all they want, I will still watch though. They better fricking get Mad Melvin back in there for cameos.

Black and Chrome also rips out all the dialogue but keeps the other sounds. It gives it a very different feel.
