It's only 12 episodes and it's about the girl from the Handmaiden getting possessed and fricking shit up. Sounds cool, but it's drowned in a lot of korean folkore shit I didn't care about. Solid 7/10 though if you can get past that.
i was just about to ask something similar. shamanism kind of freaks me out, i feel "dirty" and gross by it, almost as if a demon is trying to possess me. it probably helps i'm a religious person tbh
>literally every character acts so moronic, he makes a typical blonde bimbo fro an '80s slasher looks like a fricking genius >b-b-b-b-but it's Korean, so it's kino!!!!!!!!!11111111111111111111
Frick off, homosexual pseud.
This movie felt like a joke.
I mean a literal old fashion joke where the opener is something like "So a priest, a shaman and a monk walk into a small korean town..."
will check it, per your recommendation
Exhuma which came out recently comes close to The Wailing imo
>2 movies in one
But why
wat
>He doesn't want to watch the many misadventures of Oldboy and the gang
>muh angry ghost escapes grave
>muh angry ghost escapes grave again
>this time its japanese samurai giant
wtf was this
bullshit it comes nowhere close and was completely ruined when they decided to show the giant monster and make it into a monster movie
The second part was anime tier, but I liked the acting and worldbuilding.
It's good but quite nihilistic ending
Mediocre.
Pic related is far better.
>hurr surr japs are le the devil
Pepsi land people are moronic
oh come on, here in burgerland we're still casting Bongs as the Evil Mastermind and it's been like ~200 years
Because brits are genuinely evil
Its like calling a turk a burden on humanity
Its objectively true
the eternal angloisraelite
True
Impetigore
Every Korean horror movie is just
>an ancient evil has awoken ...
And the ancient evil is just some Japanese guy
kino but too slow of a burn for me
Revenant but it's a series so it's like 16 hours long
can you say more about this? Is it worth that investment
Not who you replied to but I've read that its about 16 hours long and called Revenant.

Is K-horror any good or is it just ethnicslop that white guilt liberals pretend to like to get woke points? What are the best ones?
It was an hour too long and the twist sucked. Great humor and amazing cinematography, just over stayed it's welcome
there are no twists
>jap guy in no monster he good
>jap guy was in fact the monster and not good
Angel Heart
Prince of Darkness
Fascination
Suspiria (remake)
The Neon Demon
The Ninth Gate
Scenes in the cliff are like silent or western kino

confirmed kino as frick. I always felt it's a better Hereditary, more tension, better twists, family drama is less forced and dysfunctional.
The sixth finger or something was also pretty good. couldn't remember much about it but remembered liking it
>movie is called The Wailing
>actually have to listen to a child wailing for extended portions of the movie
I couldn't take it.
