        No.

It's called Hilda and the Mountain King. I don't know why that picture is missing the "and".

It still looks like CalArts homosexualry so it doesn't really matter.

What makes it British? Are there a lot of inbred offwhite wardodging snaggletooths putting their faces in the ground and their asses in the air for Muhammad?

It looks exactly like every other pastel-colored, cucumber-mouthed, noodle-armed, cheaply animated abomination out there. If you can't see that then that's your problem, not mine.

So what? Half of the catlaogue is capeshit and stranger things, both of which are for children. At the very least an animated show has effort put into it.

        Anonymous

No this is literally geared towards young girls. Children, specifically maybe around 10 are the target demo here

Yes it’s great, you should read it when you are young and then move on.

            >So what about the movies?

If we are now comparing Hilda to Lord of the Rings I think the comparison you’re making loses a lot of validity.

I literally cannot watch any animation show.

I watch an episode and feel immediate feelings of inadequacy and disappointment as I think about what my brothers and normies would think about me if they knew I watched it.

I remember everybody I know teasing me for like a week after they found out I watched gravity falls.

I used to think I would grow out of animation but I didn't, it is just something that I enjoy. It is not the -only- thing I enjoy but I quite like how the plotlines are simpler, shorter and sweet. It is a nice break from the constant "always amp the tension" sort of storytelling that every live action show uses.

It is just scandinavian folklore tales. Soccer moms like these you are posting are creating pussy kids. This stuff is completely fine.

I doubt Hilda's that popular a show with kids, it doesn't have a strong action plot and it's not a comedy either. I always assumed it's like most anime kids shows where its made for kids but a good portion of the audience are just korean pervs.
