Sorry, but that is just stupid and awkward. The original Wednesday dancing was surprising, and therefore humorous, because those dance steps were actually trendy with adults at the time, but unexpected for a little girl to do (or be able to do at all). It creates a juxtaposition in the mind that results in laughter. That old hag flailing her arms about comes off as goofy and childish, the exact opposite of the original.

Wednesday is autistic so the new dance make just much more sense for this exact reason. The dance is weird, and autistic, and its already iconic dance, so you are being contrarian.

So, you're playing on performing it at your Bar Mitzvah?

This is made for marketing, people can cut this scene and post it to their social media and say how silly it is, increasing engagement, this is built for viral marketing.

I've seen so many short edits in my feed of random footage of Wednesday saying something then the footage slowing down like it's ultra slow mo and the bocca effect turns up and the words and song "I gotchu all figured out" as she looks smug appears
Like what the frick are the kids doing making this

It's easier to make edits now than before. That's why we used to see only sonic or anime music videos, shit was tough to make so only the autists with a lot of time on their hands did it. Now it's really easy so any kid can make cringy videos now.

Actual, real-life dance is so "freeform" and chaotic that this barely looks weird.

Some parts of the choreography are alright, but it's the jerky antagonist camera work that diminishes it further
only a few shots get it, and really the camera should always act agonistic with what it is viewing otherwise it should remain "true" so that it doesn't have a bias.
Not the best of Burton's work, but the show did get significantly worse without him

I love and adore how morticia rushed over to praise and support her. I feel like the movie version is the same but the new show is too cynical for that.

It's weird. She had a porn career but not on camera (set design or something) and married a male porn star. The porn star later wrote a book critical of pornography and got a normal job I think.

Does she say its called The Drop or The Droop? I love how she calls it 'Boss'. That kind of slang I only hear in England from Scousers. Didn't realise it was also used in America.

The show was made at the height of the British Invasion.
