Why does a character named Frank Lopez, obviously supposed to be Cuban, and played by an Italian American, have a Hebrew necklace. What is he? The only Cuban israelite drug trafficer in all of Miami???

There is nothing more cucked than telling jokes and not being amused by them. Telling a joke completely for someone else's benefit is so subservient you may as well just start licking their toes

as if suits weren't enough prone to wrinkle. linen is a nightmare, you have to iron it every two fricking hours or it looks like you're wearing papermache.

These suits are not really that ugly, but the fitting is awful. Everything looks out of proportions.

That's how it was in the 80s. Material was cheap because of Asian textiles coming into the global market, so everyone was doing huge, oversized loose fitting clothes.

Is Miami Vice based or overrated? Season 1 was pretty dog shit but season 2 is pretty good. I haven't gotten further yet

      Anonymous

Many old shows suffered from that, bad or mediocre first season but much better seconds seasons and so on, as they found what worked and focused on that.
It's the opposite of modern shows, where writers do their best to sell a promising first season then milk it with more seasons until viewers all stop watching and they just cancel it
