I point to this when I say how versatile the old original sets are. It already is "Indiana Jones", but it's not bound by what is just in the movies and can involve anything they want so there's the desert sets, the jungle sets, mummies and animated skeletons.

The older modular sets are amazing, but the newer ones have shifted style. They colors pop more, and the minifigs have actual faces. It feels a little soulless. Bank was peak modular

This was the first expensive Lego set I ever bought. When I was 6 me and my little brother put our Christmas money together ($50 each) and our mom threw in the last 20. I never built it 100% to instructions because I accidentally started following the alternate build instructions and got to a point where I didn't have all the pieces. I minor frick up but as a kid I felt so guilty for never completing all the train cars. I hold on to that guilt to this day.
