I will never not laugh at this panel for the fact Bolivar Trask is there. Even without the context of him being there because they attributed every Sentinel killing to him, even without Trask dying to stop the Sentinels the first time, the sheer number of deaths compared to the rest just kills me. It's like a cereal convention where the guests of honor are Jeffrey Dahmer, the Boston Strangler, Jack the Ripper...and then fricking Misc Pots in the corner, looking like he doesn't know why he's here.

Don't we in real life like some serial killers with body counts bigger than the first 4?

        Anonymous

Not unless you want to include murder-suicide attacks cause most serial killers haven't broken double digits in terms of known victims. Still, the fact there's one guy with millions of deaths hanging over his head while the second worst guy there hasn't even gone to half a thousand seems ridiculous.

I only said some Wasn't trying to imply a body count of 100 or more was normal by any means among serial killers and I'm not even sure if anyone in the United States who's the serial killer got a body count that high I remember someone joking about the lowest number I'm at the time it was up for conversation and said it would be funny if someone who caused a car accident by accident which killed like a mutant family of 10 was also there .Remember seeing a few documentaries about serial killers believed to have over a hundred victims but can't remember exact numbers or what the names of the serial killers where. And something about these numbers will remind me of 40 k .

There are currently six serial killers or groups with known bodycounts of at least 100.

Depends, outside of the West in places with a lot less robust civil society motherfrickers can rack up body counts for example a dude known as "The Monster of the Andes" is theorised to have a triple digit body count when they caught him (only gave them 25 years then let him go, since a lot of South American countries have Euro tier punishments where the worst they can give you is 25 years). In the context of war shit get even worse for example, General Buttnaked (yes that is his nomdegure) who fought (and I use the term loosely) in the Liberian civil war is easily in the four digits with all the village massacres he was behind. Then you have fricks like Oskar Derringer who are actively enabled by governments in said wars

It’s effectively giving Fritz Haber a seat at a World War I death count table.

Bolivar legit just wanted to stop a race war that his son thought was coming because Magneto is a c**t. Then he finds out that the bald c**t in a wheelchair is manipulating people via sympathy and telepathy.

Basically for fun and see what kind of anti mutant person we can come up with and who would be a good superhero to put them up against who's not a mutant.

You've been making variations of these threads for god knows how long and you couldn't come up with that. Besides WHY would said anti-mutant villain actively frick with a non mutant hero enough to be their nemesis, you can only have him seething about race traitors for so long

What do you mean I couldn't come up with anything with that? And I never use the word nemesis or anything implying it was meant to be that strong.Basically what you need is a superhero coming to save the day when the anti-mutant super villain or group is hatching the plan and it's not the X-Men saving the day because something like that superhero neighbourhood or this anti-mutant valence doing something that that's superheroes Talib like using magic spell to kill mutant specifically Doctor Strange not going to like that or someone stealing or copy and text from Tony Stark's Iron Man suit in order to create anti-mutant suits never steal Tony stop for anyting. One of the new Inhumans ( people who got the power from Inhuman ancestry when the Mist was out) grew up in a religious household who hates local preachers commands them to hate mutants and starts attacking them in Jersey City Here Comes come all and Ms Marvel.

The Witchwood. Organization made up of the families of those who took krakoan medications and discovered they were part of the excedingly small group of people susceptible to the unlabeled side effects of parasitic plantlife eating them away from within until they went comatose. The efforts of both X-Force and X-Corp has effectively quashed any attempts to get the word out, leading to extremely bitter people looking for either a cure or some measure of revenge against Krakoa. While they obviously want to take the fight against the X-men and especially the ships importing and exporting the Krakoan medication, they're not above blaming other people like Tony Stark or Reed Richards for hoarding all their advanced medical technology, and looking to raid their laboratories and medical facilities in desperation to find a cure for this unexplained illness. Not to mention ongoing litigation nightmares for She-Hulk since she now represents all of Krakoa's legal affairs on the mainland.

The problem isn't that the Krakoan medicine isn't working properly, it's that it's working TOO well, with Krakoa's spores inside its fruits bonding to very genetically compatible latent mutant genetics and turning them into nascent Sons of Krakoa.

Not sure if this is what you mean but, Sons of Prometheus.

A group of people that believe that tech based superheroes are hoarding advancements that could benefit mankind. So any hero that uses space tech, any super geniuses are all targeted with the goal being to steal there tech, reverse engineer it and make it open source for anyone that wants to use it.

The Cultivators, a group of humans that acquired superhuman abilities and potential godhood through the practice of magic (ex. Doctor Strange), ki (ex. Shang-Chi), or psionic (ex. Moondragon). Would also retcon the established power levels in an attempt to make magic users, ki users, and psionic users more powerful and ridiculous. The ki users especially are going to get a massive power up. The Cultivators aren't rounding up and killing mutants but they are denouncing the mutants as the "next step in evolution", "your new gods", "mutants" and etc, and are distributing the mutant vaccine in an attempt to eliminate the x-gene from humanity. They consider mutants as nothing more than unfortunate humans with a genetic disease that possess a slim chances of granting beneficial mutations.

Mutants for Humanity, a group of anti-Krakoa mutants that desire co-existence with humans. Although they are mutants, they consider themselves humans. They advocate the use of the mutant vaccine and its available access to mutants that desire it. They also produce a counter vaccine that grants 1 month immunity to the mutant vaccine which it's mutant members consume. They believe that mutants that look like eldritch abominations and extremely dangerous mutants should not be allowed to exist. Criminal mutants that they capture were forcibly given the mutant vaccine. The captured ex-mutant is then handed over to the local authorities. They do not care for Krakoa's diplomatic immunity and will subdue any criminal mutant that exits Krakoa.

A group of hideously deformed mutants who don't want to be mutants. They used to be normal people until they were suddenly transformed into mutants in the aftermath of AvX, or in the early 2000s mutant boom, and they're fighting to be restored to normal by any means. They fight the X-Men because those guys keep destroying any chance of them ever having a cure, the X-Men revile them as 'race traitors' who should shut up and show some mutant pride. They also fight other heroes because they think they can kidnap geniuses like Reed or Tony and force them to invent a cure, or force a wizard to fix them. There's already an Abomination, so let's call them The Wretched.

AIM-SHIELD splinter group that hates aliens. There is no allegory for aliens being a minority, the group hates them to the point of trying to kill a Celestial by trying to push it into War with Asgard because frick Thor too.

Name would be Independent Idea Mechanics. They go after mutants after realizing that Apocalypse’s Death Seeds are Celestial technology and that he’s a b***h boy for Celestials. Postulate that the X-gene is basically just Celestial tech grafted onto a human host.
Ideally they’d be a Pym, Stark, and Avengers group. They have no actual hate for mutants, but view them as afflicted by a disease.

    I fricking hate Celestials.

    Sentinel Man

A villain in a stolen Iron Man suit that he modified to resemble a Sentinel. While he does go after mutant heroes, he also goes after non-mutant heroes who might be sympathetic to mutants. I could imagine him being a Spider-Man villain mainly.
