>>Good soundtrack
The title song was great, but the soundtrack sounds like porno music.
Best Bond movie overall. Boomers gonna seethe
The soundtrack sounded fine to me and it fit the movie. I never understood the criticism of it.
Sound track was PEAK kino and had the most dil dil dil dwnn dlll dwnnn dll dnn dll dll dnnnn dll dlll dlll dlll dlll nnnnnnnn nnlll nlll ddll dllll. BA ba bam.... Ba ba bammmm. James Bond music. The kino music that Sony got rid of and replaced with soulless Adele shit. You're just an NPC that can't perceive melody which is like 90% of the population.
I like that hollow pipe "Cooooooo" sound Eric Serra used all the time in the 90s. It also got used on the X-Files and a few other kinos of the day.
Just rewatched it first time since my childhood (was my favorite back then) and this part got me in all the nostalgic kinofeels.
As a baseline for Bond films it is hard to top. Casino Royale got lucky it had the same director but somehow the new movies have trouble replicating its energetic feel. Its only weakness is the way the romance plot was put in. it feels very shoehorned.
I dont remember a romance subplot in goldeneye.
I dont feel like the new movies offer as much by way of characters. Felix in CR is just sort of there.
GE had Boris.
it has a lot of BTS that is pretty much a 90s/00's thing.
Kino.
I love the part where the general keeps drinking out of his flask every time he looks back to see the fucking tank chasing them.
Masterpiece.
how did bond know which shitty black car was the right one?
This speaks to the most primordial parts of the masculine soul. The suit is what really ties it all together.
She never top her Onatopp performance.
Bond needs to become a globe trotting adventure again Craig run made it too artsy.
Tank scene with the intended song would've been baller
Strikes the perfect balance of fun, campy, Bond with cool gadgets and serious Bond with believable conflicts and an appropriate amount of quipping
Quick survey: how many of you have had your sexuality molded by Xenia Onatopp? She's 100% the reason I am into sexually aggressive women to this day.
I dunno, but I thought of this movie A LOT when I took my ex gf to the caribbean
Not really. I was just too young to get the sexual innuendos these films had. Like I really thought for years that Bond just kisses with the women for a while and then leaves
little did you know he was actually a sexist, misogynist dinosaur. A relic of the Cold War, whose boyish charms, though wasted on me, obviously appealed to that young woman I sent out to evaluate youGood, because I think you're a sexist, misogynist dinosaur. Getting crushed by Famke Janssen's thighs in this role is what turned him into the architect.
The feeling you see painted in his face in this picture is the genesis. Being an architect, he soon realized that powerful thighs have an upper limit on their potential for crushing, one that can be surpassed by adding weight.
This is the reason. Famke Janssen's powerful thighs have had an effect on the sexual development of countless men, most profoundly, of course, on the man who felt their embrace.
>But for god sake tell a joke
no
For me, it is a draw between this and From Russia with Love.
you missed The opening sequence
how pityful
You'll neveeeeerr knoooow how I've watched you from the shadows as a chii-ii-iiillld
Spectre tried this angle and failed miserably.
Ive seen all of the Craig bonds and I only remember Casino Royale and No Time to Die.
Can't even recall NTTD. Skyfall is the island one w/ gay antagonist.
NTTD was a failure because it was written by and made for women.
It literally has no point in existing. It's the MCU drivel of the Craig run. Every character mention is tacked on. It feels like a film w/o any follow-up shots.
Other Brosnan kinos had hotter babes
Die another day was the best pierce movie for me
Architect the goat Bond, fr fr.
It's memorable because it's attached to an all timer video game. The movie itself is quite mid.
Psychopath Xenia changed me forever. I exclusively blame her for my unquenchable bloodlust.
Horniest scene in the movie. Even hornier than the bath scene.
Jaws and Xenia would make a formidable duo.
honestly, that last good Bond movie
Casino Royale was good, but not as good as this
Yes.
>No Time to Die
>let's bring back Blofeld, with his trade-mark scar
>let's do nothing with the character at all
>make the villain a discount Dr. No, with none of the charisma
I still maintain this should have been the final James bond movie of all time. End of the societ union ended all the magic.
You dont think bond works well in current geopolitics? I think the possibilities of technological trinkets, security and clown world of today make for great kino potential.
Isnt it crazy the family that owns this invented Broccoli
