>Miguel: Ay coo!

>Miguel: Ay coño!

Didn't Puss n Boots have some mexican swears? I feel like you can get away with non English swearing in PG stuff.

It's the same for "bloody". In the UK, that's extremely profane. In the US it's just a funny british word.

Can any other beantoast eaters confirm this?

Can confirm, just a word we either use when we’re extra angry or just to over exaggerate for comedic effect. No one would bat an eyelid if you used it here.

        Nah, Miguel is half-irish.
Mexicans and irishmen are bros since the 1800s. They fought against the gringo once.

No, Miles is 100% gringo. It's not a racist term. It's an anti-american term.

He went too far when he called Miles the gamer word.

    >Ay coño!
Especially since Miguel is supposed to be mexican but coño is a spaniard slur

Surprised Miles wasn't the one to say it. He's half Puerto Rican, and they throw it around a lot more liberally than other latino groups. Like how "c**t" is a giga level swear in the US, but much more acceptable in the UK.

        That would be pretty hilarious

I will never forgive them for turning Lyla from Marilyn Monroe into a woman that looks like she writes YA fiction.

It's been a while since I read 2099, but wouldn't Miguel be more likely to call him a shocking bithead than use a spanish insult.

Yeah. He actually uses Shock so much that Peter gets sick of it in Edge of Time.
