Based and true. I still get a chuckle out of new Family Guy. South Park has been shit the last 10 seasons and Simpsons even longer but FG stayed consistent.

actually true. the strength of the family guy writers is that they have free reign over the jokes they can make. so sometimes its pop references, every day lifestyles observations, silly humor, gross out humor, and just about everything because they are not limited to jokes that make sense within a plotline. its basically a modern day sketch show. sometimes the jokes stick, sometimes they dont, but they throw so many at you and so many different ones, one of them is bound to resonate with you.
The episode this past week was pretty bad.
