Skyler isn’t just annoying, she’s evil and deserves to be in prison. Paralyzing and threatening Ted in the hospital, her whole extortion scheme to steal Bogdan’s business, trying to get Jesse murdered etc.
She also is one of the only people on the show who basically gets away with everything. And we’re still supposed to act like she’s the biggest victim.
People hated her during Season 1 and 2 while she was a regular nagging housewife
And she deserved it then too. She didn't even know about Walt's bullshit, she had no excuse to be such a large c**t towards him. Even after, a wife is meant to be supportive and he treated her well. She deserves every bit of hate she gets.

Cersei is one of the most accurately written women characters in history possibly. A hot chick massively paranoid about her fading looks, jealous of younger women, using sex to try to get people under her sway and thinking “heh men are so dumb!” while every man around her sees through her bullshit and is just entertaining her to keep sleeping with her and get favors, stacking more problems and bullshit and trying to mask it all with lies, and then all of it just crumbling down.

Walter is explicitly the villain in the show, he and other characters get what they deserve in the end, unlike Skyler.
People also like Walt more because they think Heisenberg is cool and doesn’t act like a helpless victim the entire time.
