Luckily of all places in the world Cinemaphile is ironically the least moronic so I think most of you would agree with me when I say
    >Twilight series
    >Bayformers trilogy
    >Godzilla ‘98
all kino but normies and trannies would want me burnt with the steak

Godzilla 98 was the movie of my childhood. I dont know why, but just cannot take any other godzillla seriously. Something about broderick and jean reno that makes the whole movie believable, unlike the other movies

      Transformers 3 is shit

      Transformers 1 >> 3 >>>>>>>>>>>2

2's story was awful and made no sense, but it's still enjoyable due to classic Bay humor and campiness. Also CGI was great at the time, albeit the transformations in 1 were much better.

Zardoz. I love the scifi concept behind it. Gun is good. Penis is bad! If you look deeper, it is damning satire of the then flower people culture.

I love Episode 1: the Phantom Menace.
Genuinely a fun movie. I have some nostalgia cause it was my first ever sci fi film I saw in theatres, but I still can objectively say it's not that bad. the sequels are far worse

The Phantom Menace is amazing and easily the best prequel trilogy film by a mile.
It's actually insane that it gets hate.
Palpatine and Yoda using lightsabers is cornier than ANYTHING crimge Jar Jar or little Ani did.

The Mummy and Dracula Untold. Together they work very well just like they intended to be in ill-fated classic monster universe.

        >the girl was super cute
She absolutely was, too bad you don't see her often in movies. She was the little girl at the beginning of JP The Lost World.

Ah yeah, these two were pretty great. Cloud Atlas, especially, was extremely touching.
What's the Cinemaphile consensus on Sunshine? It's pretty underrated usually. I loved that it's a horror story which didn't rely on the scientist protagonists to be completely moronic

Not a perfect movie but very enjoyable. I personally like stories that span many years, generations, even eras, and for that the movie works very well. Also great cast and soundtrack.

I've (re)watched Bicentennial Man just yesterday and got the same feeling, just not on epic scale. People consider it too corny but I think it works great.

Isn't Sunshine widely liked, even though many consider the last part underwhelming? I've seen it only once and many years ago, so I don't remember much; just the other day I noticed it's on D+ and put it on my watchlist.

    >Jaws the Revenge
Such an odd movie. The opening sequence where the brother gets killed is actually pretty effective and intense, but everything after that is so clumsy, yet fun in a quirky way.

Is this a sex thing? It's like, you say "I liked that movie" and then 7 Asian nuns take turns butt raping you until you take it back? What do you mean aren't allowed to?

Maybe anon thinks that by posting a movie he enjoys he will be disavowed and his credibility torn down in the blink of an eye, because we are not a people that merely watch movies we are kinosseurs of the highest order. Which most of us are. Personally I am quite comfortable naming names of films or tv or movies that I enjoy, and would be hard pressed to feel bad about my personal viewing choices, as I could give you indisputable reasoning as to why I enjoy what I am watching at any given time.
