Yeah anyone has the concept, if i remember right the guy was basically unhappy in the world and wanted to make a adult uprising or at least their own town, which is completely comprehensible, but Enter just couldn’t understand a person not wanting to live in his children tule world

No, its a real character. He wrote him in as being one of the important villains, maybe the first? Yet he couldn't understand that the character was obviously a sympathetic villain, like one you understand even if you think he should be defeated. Enter swore he was just a straight up unambiguous bad guy.
They literally force the adults to attend "re-education" where they learn to be children again. The villain in question is perfectly content with being an adult, so they punish him by forcing him to wear a bunny suit and shit like that. How can you not root for the villain at least a little bit?

I don’t see how anyone could not see this situation as the act of an underdog rebel character that even little kids could relate to. Even if the assignment is “list your favorite ponies” or some childish shit, it’s the exact same situation as if the roles were reversed, and a kid was refusing to do math, or an essay about something they find boring or stifling. How can you miss the point so hard that you think he genuinely comes off as the bad guy, in a cartoon where the theme is supposed to be “creativity and spirit of childhood = good”?
