Be Cool Scooby Doo is literally the best Scooby Doo series ever made.
Funny gags, good chase music, well-written whodunnits, comfy settings, continuity, and a series-wide story arc that ends satisfyingly.
And shallow people dropped it for the artstyle.
I only recognize Shags and Scoob. Is this one of those things where Scooby and Shaggy go to Japan by themselves and end up teaming up with a local investigator team? That could be good. It's nice that they introduce new/original characters instead of race-swapping existing ones. Why is there a Black person in Japan though?
So with this cast they just outed themselves for not counting asians as diversity? I mean why would you include a random black kid( another tech genius with glasses) in a series taking place in Japan?
I don't think Adventure Time can be salvaged; but Gumball, Regular Show and Fosters never got ruined. I'm definitely interested in more Gumball since it had such a weird ending.
I didn't watch Fosters all the way to the end so I can't say if it went to shit. Regular Show and Gumball both went down in quality but I wouldn't say either of them went off a cliff like Adventure Time did. They were past their prime; but I still enjoyed them.

There were like 20 different Scooby shows before Velma. A bunch of others got reimagined with older characters like Ben 10, Rugrats, Looney Toons. I'd count those as remakes more or less
I would argue that scooby doo just has a strategy of making new iterations of a franchise, as Legenda of Zelda does, for example. I don't think that Velma is a remake, it's just a new shitty iteration. The fact that remakes is not a new thing is only more frightening. Yes, it didn't start yesterday, but it grows with astronomical speed. If we won't abandon postmodern and enter new social paradigm we will either see remakes of 2-3 years old show or we will have the same set of IPs on infinite loop of remakes.

All the various Scooby shows feel different to remakes, really. They've pretty consistent with coming out with news ones over the decades.
Cartoons is just shovelware, before it was to sell toys , now shows are only streaming site filler that most people dont watch more than once at best.
