Looks like Snyder's next project is Twilight of the Gods. Looks to be some kind of viking show? It will feature Norse mythology I guess. I think this is his first animated project since Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Gahoole (his best movie).

He keeps making opportunities for himself. Few people have Snyder's drive. Many directors would (and have) leave the industry if they had gone through even half of what he's gone through. But he keeps getting back and making new shit.
Snyder is very masculine in that regard. I admire it honestly.
Snyder and Gunn are tough as nails; they're just also the only competent directors that can make action comedies and there's been no transition away from them in 20 years. They were for their time and they were great, but without a transition to maturity we grow tired of their stuff.
